Struggling to read the article because of the paywall. It says the report actually contains many documents already released to the public. A "critique" of the case from an unknown person who may just be a Letby fan. The police felt early on, before detailed analysis of the medical records, that it maybe just be a co incidence. Doesn't seem to be much of a bomb shell but Richard Gill excited.

According to prison insiders, Letby has found support among a number of inmates, with several said to believe she is innocent. It is also claimed Letby takes encouragement from what she perceives as growing backing outside prison.
She is now more confident than ever that her convictions could in fact be overturned.
Lucy Letby’s barrister has said his team has “hope” that her conviction could be overturned, after a review found no medical evidence that the former neonatal nurse harmed babies. Mark McDonald has said he has 26 separate experts and 1,000 pages of fresh evidence to back up his claim, which he has passed on to the Criminal Cases Review Commission.
It comes as pals of the child killer have said she could "meet a tragic end" whilst in prison
Lucy currently remains on high alert for a potential incident in prison after it was revealed by a prison expert that she could "meet a tragic end" in jail. Her supporters are starting to rise in number after it was revealed she was appealing some of her convictions based on poor evidence.

Yeah lots of articles which say nothing new and are just there to remind the public.
Thanks for this, I have had a read. While the dossier is supposed to prove her guilt in my opinion it does the opposite. It makes for chilling reading. There is an email setting out all the cases both indictment and non indictment deaths and collapses and it's obvious she was deliberately harming babies! Why can't all these professionals see it? Are they all that desperate for attention?
Why does Gill think adding another set of deaths and suspicious incidents which Letby was present for makes her look innocent?
Thing is even IF she did get freed, I don't think she'd ever be able to not kill again. Maybe she'd have to changed tactics and kill animals or whatever, but I don't think once you've started killing prolifically, you can ever stop if left to your own devices.
it only really makes sense as an argument for Letby's innocence if you believe a number of people decided to fabricate a case against her. Question is why would any of them have wanted to do this? To what end? Just doesn't make any sense.
No, it doesn't. Why would you try to hide your medical mistakes by framing a nurse as a serial killer, knowing this would attract huge media interest and international scrutiny of all the medical evidence? Plus how would they fabricate the insulin results and know about Letby's post it note confession?
and then for some reason the police (who clearly don't have much to do and have too much money to spend) decide to devote a huge amount of resources into the investigation. It's nonsense.
