They are all written by Sarah Lou, who runs the Facebook group and has given the Newspaper interview. So that doesn't suggest a large number of people are actually writing to her - more a few unhinged are sending a lot of stuff to prison for her.

Once the CCRC removes all McDonald's evidence that has been widely shared with the public but doesn't actually apply to what really happened -there's not a lot left and what is left has already been considered by the court of appeal.
Is Sarah lou the same one that was also Lulu Tee and posted on here under another name till someone copped on who she was? Why is she writing loads of letters under so many names how many personalities does this person have ffs! Its so sad its hilarious

Snowdon has done a good bitesized article about Elston’s own goal sharing his emails with Dewi Evans. Interesting reading!

This is what I don’t get as to why they think Gill or any other statistician if relevant. That sort of statistic is irrelevant to whether or not something already happened. I’m sure any statistician would tell you that winning g the lottery is statistically unlikely. But if I won 10 million on it I still won 10 million whatever the chances were that I’d win it.

They believe that a statistician would convince a jury that "clusters" of deaths like those at COCH are to be expected and that would mean reasonable doubt has been shown.

But Letby instructed a statistician who was not called to give evidence. There is no way on earth a barrister would call a statistician in this case - it would only show how unusual it is to have 13 deaths in 12 months when the norm is 2 or 3, most of the deaths unexpected and the same nurse on duty at the time or shortly before for 12 of the deaths.

Although they are now saying on the Facebook group that the comments were made by real people who are upset that their comments and full names were shown in the newspaper article.

Maybe they should take it up with Letby’s barrister given they ended up in his hands and the photos most likely came from him.

Nursing and Midwifery Council 'should've acted faster' over Letby - BBC News - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/ce8gpykxll5o

They need to be able to suspend people as soon as any harm is suspected surely?
Yes. She was seconded in another unit but still could have potentially accessed patient records and could of tried to access the NNU. She was allowed to put in grievances against the doctors who had her removed from NNU. Ideally she shouldn't have had any access to the hospital while the investigation was ongoing. She was only struck of the nursing register after being convicted.

One of the issues is that she could conceivably have carried on working as a nurse with patient contact for another employer - even though COCH had moved her to an office job.

Wonder why it’s taking so long supposed to be this year then early next now Easter.
From that article, it says CPS has been given evidence, did we hear about that at the time ?
last I can remember was she was quizzed in prison before xmas last year.

In July, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said it had received evidence from Cheshire Constabulary about further allegations related to deaths and collapses of babies at the Countess of Chester Hospital and also Liverpool Women’s Hospital where Letby worked as a trainee.
Poor families waiting to hear if they will have to go to court, and note it’s plural deaths.

And she was on 'supervised' visits in other hospitals during that time thanks to Choc Doc and Karen Rees.

Does anyone think she’s going to be charged with more murders/attempted murders

Sadly I do, and I think there may be more that there is not enough evidence so she will get off with them.
Hopefully If she does and is found guilty the free her crowd will pipe down and disappear.

What should have happened is;

1. The police investigation should have started as soon as Lucy was suspended

2. Lucy should have banned from accessing coch /working as a nurse and talking to the staff

3. There should have been reporting restrictions protecting Lucy's identity until there was enough evidence to charge her

There I have done Lady Thirlwall job for her 😆

The crowd will ramp up massively if she charged with more cases. They don't listen to reason.

I would say it's more than likely based on what happened previously when the police handed a file to the CPS on Letby.
