Chambers acknowledges that he might not have gotten the handling of the meeting right, adding that he was just trying to "take the heat out of the situation" with Letby's father.
Wow. As much as I deplore the actions of the Letbys, I find it fascinating how easy it is to throw people under the bus. Maybe if they'd adhered to GDPR and not spoken to the Letbys about the situation with their adult daughter's employment or the situation within the NNU, they wouldn't have received any threats, would they?
