I thought my Googling skills were top notch but they are, in fact, crap. Where is everyone finding the live updates or a stream of today's session? I can't find one anywhere! I am reading snippets from BBC after the fact.
There hasn’t been anything live for a few days now. Maybe as it’s perceived as a biggy today somebody might cover it. Let’s hope for Judith 🤞🏻

Judith is there today 👍🏻

It is sickening to see him playing into her hands. Giving her the attention and praise she craves.of course she wasn't flapping, noticed the baby was unwell and knew what to do - unlike her colleagues she knew exactly what had happened and was enjoying it!

He enabled her behaviour abd put the children at Alder Hay at risk in the knowledge that she was under investigation.

The comment he made about Letby being the only nurse he would trust to care for his children was appalling and a huge insult to the nurses who did their best to care for those babies. I hope he receives loads of flack for that.

I wonder if BM won a legal argument to keep all of this out.

I bet we’re going to see her fail as an evidence document 🤣 brings me a lot of pleasure thinking that she’ll know it’s out there for the world to see and I think it’ll upset her more than being seen as a murderer. You’re just another Beverly Allitt hun 🤣
I can see why the competency failure would be excluded from the trial, she did eventually pass it so probably not something you’d want a jury to use as evidence of guilt. People fail their driving test and pass it later; the initial fails aren’t used as evidence if they decide to run someone down with their car later in their driving career.

There’s no doubt LL has been a wrongun since the dawn of time though ! Ugh

I will never, ever, understand why it appears letby had such a hold over the management.
I've worked in the NHS for years and worked with alongside amazing nurses and some "wrong uns"..I've seen nurses suspended, and investigations carried out for apparent trivial things and also for the not so trivial!
What I've never seen, is anyone get the level of support that she did! It's like a horror movie, in that she could have been stopped so much earlier, yet she was allowed to continue.
She should have been suspended early on, if only to investigate her nursing practice.
I simply have no words to explain just how unbelievable all this is, it's becoming more and more shocking as this inquiry goes on!😪

I bet Sarah Crapton is really struggling with her reporting lately
“Letby cold… potentially another plumbing issue”
“Inquiry hears that Letby passed all her competencies eventually”

Wonder how Mrs Noname feels about her husband texting a young blonde nurse during the night …

The latest podcasts confirms Dr U was the first out of them both to send a message - the Facebook one where she says to her colleague he had messaged her to ask when she is working the following week as wants to talk about something and has a favour to ask.

That married man old chestnut.

I have not seen it confirmed before that it was the very first message.

But another example of how ‘she was struggling with her mental health and I picked up on that and the support just grew’ is a load of bollocks.

It’s abysmal.
I do wonder if her parents are following the enquiry.
Literally EVERYONE is wrong and lucifer is right … surely the penny has finally dropped ?

I think he’s being extra careful to claim complete ignorance of it all because he knows damn well that if he isn’t careful he could end up being considered an accessory to murder. His cooperation since she was arrested is probably what stopped him being very seriously investigated as an accessory.
I really hope he’s been fully investigated. I’m sure he has but I hadn’t realised just how close he was to her during the trial. He’s enabled that sick bitch to continue getting her fix. And if he’s given her so much information in emails and messages I hate to think how much more he’s told her in person 🤢
It’s disgusting he’s still working in the NHS. I wouldn’t trust him with my child.

Lying to her own colleagues about being isolated from colleagues..... she went to the staff Christmas do a matter of weeks before this letter was written !!!

And she was actually still visiting the ward as well, as we now know.

She's evil and she's a cunt.

Just catching up. A fucking four way Whatsapp, and an on demand support from fucking Occy Health?!

What the merry fuck.

And taking your parents to occy health and then having an argument while you're there? As a fully grown adult. That just blows my mind.

No need for the sigh.

How do we know that her parents wrote the letter?
It was in the transcripts that someone posted further up the thread that her parents wrote it. I’m assuming it was a joint effort personally.

You’re entitled to your opinion but i genuinely have no words for you if your take away from that letter where she doesn't mention those babies once is that she’s possibly innocent

Reading more of Dr V’s testimony- she’s definitely the female unnamed “gang of four” member as she is the one that Letby says “he’s not leaving here alive” to. She obviously gets upset 😔

This is awful. These poor doctors trying their best to look after babies who were dying unexpectedly all around them. It's her words that baby R would be next if they didn't get him gone out of harms way. Letby is so so evil, she would definitely have gone after R as well.
