Stupid question and certainly one which has been answered before, but why can some doctors be named and others not?

It’s the same person. The appeal judgement and inquiry are using Dr U now. I’m guessing to separate him from baby A.

I think there was Dr V, Dr W too in the appeal judgement.

As a hypothetical, how damaging would it have been to the hospital if they had constructively dismissed Letby?

Not really damaging but I think the problem was there was suspicion but not enough evidence to form a constructive dismissal case at that stage? I can't think of what they could have used to dismiss her at that point without evidence she had breached the code of conduct or hospital policy. They should simply have gone to the police so much earlier than they did

So, as a for instance, is there a website for nurses on which if it were reveled that Lucy Letby had been constructively dismissed thus making recruitment more difficult?
