You’re super sarcastic and mocking in response every time someone has a different opinion, like in the post I quoted there and here. Doesn’t seem very accepting to me tbh.
The thing is, given the overwhelming circumstantial AND forensic evidence presented to two separate juries now, anyone still thinking Letby is innocent of any of the charges she was found guilty of are going to be faced with a certain amount of incredulity. One can accept that another person has a different opinion and still mock them for holding that opinion. A bit like the way flat earthers are viewed.

Letby had also collated the babies from this case PRIOR to any investigation. She knew what linked them!! She knew what they all had in common.
I haven’t seen that she’d separated them out?

I must apologise. I don’t know why I’m not kinder to people simping for baby serial killers. I’ve always been this way and it’s a serious character flaw of mine. Must do better.
Should have known tattle wasn’t the place to be sarcastic too. Think I was being pretty tame anyway 😬🤣 #asalwayspleasemuteme💕

Accepting people have different opinions isn’t the same as having to accept the other person’s opinion lol. I don’t have to agree 🤣 and spoiler.. I won’t. Ever. And best of all.. I won’t even read the crappy articles ✨✨✨✨✨✨🌈🌈🌈🦄🦄🦄🦄🎉🎉🎊🎊🎊🎊🥂🥂🥂 xx

Articles quoting Richard Gill as if he isn't a total nutcase, mentioning "concerns" of peoplen who are mainly anonymous and all bar one (Michael Hall) have had no access to any of the medical records of any of the babies on the indictment, failing to mention important elements of the prosecution case against Letby and not mentioning that she was present for all thirteen deaths on the NNU in her final year working as a nurse, instead choosing to insinuate that the seven she was charged for were cherry picked.... deary bleeping me

Do you know if Michael Hall is definitely involved with them? Seems odd to me as he could have given evidence at the trial or is this just yet another Gill claim?

Hall isn't anything to do with Gill and his ilk tb. He's quoted in the New Yorker article as saying he doesn't know what caused the deaths/collapses IIRC

As for the Guardian article, I'm going through it and typing up any errors/flaws with it..... jesus christ what a shambles of a propaganda piece

It's far easier to have a "medical opinion" on why Letby is innocent on social media or a newspaper article than in court. That is why there so much additional "evidence" being stated online and not in the appeal. BM didn't offer any medical evidence to challenge the insulin poisonings or baby O ruptured liver in either the court case or appeal.

Richard gill threatened to shoot the court up with an AK47…forgive me if I don’t take anything he has to say as any sort of truth and any article or programme giving him any attention lacks any credibility in my opinion too

I think this is a really fair comment from Phil Hammond (MedicineBalls in Private Eye).

Expert witnesses should be mandatory on both sides (much as I respect plumbers 😉). It would stop all this griping afterwards which is irritating for many but must be absolutely devastating for the families who have already been through so much.

Colin Norris has been waiting for appeal since 2021. There is potentially evidence that no murders took place at all and there have been credible doubts over his guilt for at least a decade. That’s before we get into the conduct of West Yorkshire police during the investigation.
Why is nobody making a noise for him? He has been in prison for 20 years.

(Im not saying he’s innocent, just that a lot of people are concerned he might be, but all we hear about is the very recently convicted, by two different juries, LL.)

I can’t believe we’re really doing this fml.
No forensic evidence? Like blocks of air visible in. X-rays? Like injuries comparable to car crashes? Like literally completely solid evidence of insulin poisoning?
Have you ever heard of health care serial killers and how they operate? Do you understand that they use the medicalisation of the victims as a cloak? Do you realise that people accessing drugs, longlines, injections, TPN bags are not suspicious in hospital settings and that’s the bleeping point?
Do you realise that several consultants were exactly suspicious of her and had tried to raise the alarm for months and months. That you can clearly hear the shock of her colleagues that it’s always her on shift when babies instantly have cardiac events or die? That her friend Janet is a bleeping weirdo simpleton and it matters not a single bleeping iota what she thinks.
I'm two pages behind but I needed to more than just like this post. I cannot agree any more with what you have said.
Are people expecting a healthcare serial killer to be walking around with a massive knife stabbing patients? Of course not.

Unfortunately, I think we have now reached a point, where the press think there's more money to be made by casting Letby as a victim of a miscarriage of justice. Experts are being paid to say they have concerns but BM didn't call them as witness for a reason.

Exactly, BM did have experts…none of which would go on the stand. Bar the plumber obv

Why are they acting like the case against her was remotely built on statistics? The prosecution would have had an expert in that field give evidence if that were the case. They proved every time that Letby had been there via her own notes, witness, door data and showed her shifts aligning with all incidents cos that’s the bare minimum. She wasn’t convicted because she was there every time. There was however overwhelming evidence against her because.. well she was there every time.
