If they do fuck this up, this case will be a perfect example of why certain cases would benefit from a professional jury. Imagine how frustrating it would be on the jury if some of the members are a bit slow shall we say

Look how many times we’ve had to refer back to the wiki over the 9 months. Jury have not got that. I knew they didn’t do transcripts for anyone who was on the stand but I’m shocked about statements.

Are they meant to just go on feelings? It worries me they will find her NG because they can’t remember the details of 9 months of evidence!

Morning all thanks for anniversary well wishes. Every single day I count my lucky stars that I never got redeployed in my life so he put a ring on it phew! Time hasn’t let us down just yet.

I am worried about the jurors absences. I don't know why but I've got a vision of a 19 year old male scalliwag going out and getting pissed on weekends and not really paying attention, but liking the fact he doesn't have to work. That's probs very unfair!

my thought was that we are at the attempted murder charges, meaning the murder charges were decided to the best they can before theyve reviewed them all. May be very wrong.

I hate myself for sounding so pathetic but that tweet and then reading up after has just made me feel so sick, I’m wondering if I might need to detach a bit, before it really is too late.

I know this is frustrating but picture this.

They are almost there but one or two jurors are in doubt. One says "but don't forget what the Dr from Arrowe Park said, he said the desaturations didn't seem to be related to anything". A few jurors don't remember this, they discuss it and say, ok well let's listen to that part again. So they do and it's clarified...

That's literally what happened in the jury case I did. We were very close but a few were sceptical. We literally needed to point out one thing in the CCTV that a few people had missed. We did that, then an hour later were all sure.

It's a huge trial and loads of evidence and I'm glad they are revisiting things. They haven't got it all written down like us.... Think of it like a history exam. You can only remember so much, no matter how important it is, you will need to revise and revisit topics and having your friends there will also help! You'll all remember different things.
