Oh guys, this threads been very entertaining this week but I just can't help but swing back to how those parents must feel this week/end. I assume they can only be thinking how aren't they guilty within 24hrs what's taking so long! They've all heard so much more than us, it doesn't bare thinking about really. These long 8 years aswell not just this last week.. Heart aches for them

I think if they’d reached a deadlock and can’t agree on some charges, they’ll communicate that to the judge who would then consider accepting a majority verdict for some or all charges. But it doesn’t seem like we’ve got there yet, so I honestly think they’re just being thorough, and there’s nothing to worry about, there’s so much to get through.

If I was on the jury I would want to go through each baby in detail. I would want to look at both sides and question the other jurors on their thoughts. I would want to say so if this? Then is it this or this? I would want someone or myself to play devils advocate and look at logical conclusions. I think each baby deserves that. Sadly this would take time from A-Q.
I would then want to look at all of the other evidence and see if it fits into the whole or is it weak or can it be disgarded.
I would want to hear everyones opinion. There are 12 people. If you have ever attended a meeting you know some people can't half blag. Even 5 minutes each on one baby is an hour. Then there's the toilet breaks etc
