I’m 36! Northern 2 beaut babies both primary age. I have my own business but haven’t done much work in the last couple of months. I may have told my customers I’m on jury duty that’s dragging on and that’s why their orders are waiting… it’s a erm white lie 🫣 But unpayed tattle court reporter sounded too strange… I love following cases but this is the first one I’ve been to, deffo not the last tho! Today was very quiet literally nothing happened I did read some of my book tho… oh and I’m a dog mom to my black Cocker 💗

I’m 26, 2 kids, 5 dogs and I live by the sea in Cornwall. We have a villa on a Greek island. Hubby looks like Jamie Dornan and I have no need for a supersize Letby dildo.

Ok this nothing like my life but i I bloody wish it was 😜

Do you believe she will be found guilty?
Cards on the table - I have not followed the trial at all really, just bits here and there, so it's hard for me to have a true opinion one way or the other.

A few reasons: I just didn't have the time. I don't find serial killers particularly interesting (except Ted Bundy) especially when you'll never know their motive, which I'm 100% convinced will be the case here. And it's all a bit too close to home - I've said before, it's my home town, I was born at that hospital and my mum worked there in maternity care for 35+ years. She doesn't know LL, as she never worked in NICU, but one of her close friends worked with her on occasion.

I said at the start, after hearing the prosecution's opening statement, that I thought she would be found guilty of the majority but not all and I still feel the same. It just appeared to me that a couple of the deaths couldn't be fully explained, just what they 'thought' it could have been and that's not enough for a guilty verdict in my opinion, which also goes for the "well, we're sure she did that one so she must have done them all" theory.

On a side note, I just want to say to everyone who has stuck with it for nine months - well done genuinely. It takes real dedication and I hope that, if you're anything like me, it's because you want to decide for yourself. You want to know every single word that was said (well, as much as possible through live reporting) so you can make your own mind up, you want to be able to discuss the case, confident in the facts and not be swayed by the media headlines and sound bites.

Hope that doesn't sound too wanky 😂

I also can’t wait for @Tofino to log in, see that there’s 11pages of a new thread and think that she missed a verdict 🤣

We went through some really tough times as friends (he helped me through a traumatic time) and we ended up getting a psychic reading... 2wks later we were living together and 4yrs later we still are as happy as we were then

I’m 52, daughter 25, son 23 . Been with hubby since I was 17 - he’s a good egg! Been in the NHS for 35 years - firstly as a critical care nurse for years and more recently in a non nursing role. I’m like a stick of Blackpool rock - cut me open and I’ll have NHS running through the middle of me 😂. Read and watch loads of crime stuff. God I sound so boring 🤣🤣🤣

Am i the only one who thinks aldi is so expensive now?
Tell you where's fucking expensive. Morrisons. Fought my way through the hoardes of blue rinses tottering down the aisles and had to pay with one of my kidneys at the till.

I opted for the age recorded on my birth certificate (41) instead of my actual age (25).

3 children. 2 boys (14 and 20) and 1 dog (her name’s Diana - hence the username).

Love shoes 👀

What does it say that I completely neglected to mention my husband whom I've been with for nearly 20 years? 😬🫣

And two ragdoll cats that are utter cunts. But they're my cunts.

I mostly lurk on this thread but love the humour.
60 years of age. not ginger. LOVE Turkish delight.
My dad was a QC. A particularly hideous child murder case ( he was on the prosecution) made him give it up due to his mental health. 😔

Please be right! I want to go into the weekend knowing she’s never seeing freedom again 💕
How many hours have they done now?
We must be about 15 hours in. Feels like a long time but it's not when you split it between cases.

We are 47 threads in. 46,000 comments. OK 30,000 of them are complete bollocks but there's been so much discussion and disecting of the evidence.

The jury have had 9 months of being gagged. There'll be loads to discuss.

We will give them until 2pm today to get everything off their chest and get the job done. If not, I'm going to do a Dicky!
