That's it - they're out. I can't even express how much I want justice for those families. It won't undo the evil that has been done but it's the very least they deserve.

I'm actually nervous. I hope they come to the right verdict together and the parents have some from of closure from all this.

10.30 - 4 each day. Presumably an hour for lunch, so only 4.5 hours a day? Seeing as they took an hour instead of 20 mins to do their stickers, I’m thinking we might waiting longer than we’d hoped!

I'll be surprised if there aren't any questions from the jury due to it being such a complex case with so many charges. Will this get reported ie: what the question is and the response?
Not in the UK I don't think. A question could be quite outing about how the discussions are going I'd imagine.

So intrigued to see how the next few days go. Out of interest, is there a finish time for deliberations each day? Like if they haven’t finished by 5pm (for example) it rolls on to the next day I’m assuming? I’m just trying to work out a time frame for the next few days where I need to keep an eye on my phone vs when I can know it’s the end of their day and not worry about it until the next day haha. The FB wankers saying 4 weeks?! Surely bleeping not. I wonder if the judge will give a limit and how long it would be if he did? So many questions 😂😂
The Dr Shipman Jury took 6 days - 15 counts of murder - https://www.archive.is/oldest/https://www.theguardian.com/uk/2000/jan/31/shipman.health5

No. Lunch is brought to the deliberation room. Or it was on the 1 day I was in there for. Only ‘breaks’ were escorted smoke breaks

I remember this happened when I was on jury duty during deliberations. I don’t smoke but others who did had to be escorted.
Same. And if someone goes to the loo (there was one in an alcove to our deliberation room so before the guarded bit) you're not allowed to talk about the case until they come back. If one person went, we took the opportunity for a few to go!
