I know, right? To me it reads like the prosecution have overhead LL use a very specific phrase 'Dr Jayaram is a liar and inventing' - but when has she supposed to have said this yesterday? Or is it not that specific phrase?
It's in quotation marks so I would assume he's refering to a spoken quote, I can't remember it though 🤷🏼‍♀️

Dan is taking over from Judith doing bbc live reporting so assuming his tweets will stop at this point. One less to keep checking I guess.

Also her answers remind me of when I’d catch one of my toddlers doing something they shouldn’t and then they’d lie about it. Yes such and such happened but it wasn’t me that did it they’d say… exactly like her. I honestly can’t believe there’s still 21 people voting NG surely it’s flying 🐒 dropping in to vote and off again?
I totally agree but maybe they're all at work and haven't seen anything so far today and when they do catch up they'll change their vote.

Been here from the start , and still follow daily, you're all amazing, bringing appropriate humour when it's much needed without being disrespectful❤
On another note, I love you already NJ!❤❤
I cannot believe for a second that bowel moment advised her to take the stand.!!
Tomorrow can't come quick enough....justice for those families is ever closer. RIP little angels💔
Bowel movement even🤪

wherever the patients/families are on the ward, so basically not the staff room. It’s where you can be seen clinically representing the hospital if you like
I thought “these things stay with you forever”
12:18pm

Mr Johnson asks about the case of Child A.
Letby says she did have independent memory of Child A.
"Before [Child A], had you ever known a child to die unexpectedly within 24 hours of birth?"
LL: "I can't recall - I'm not sure."
Letby says she can recall "two or three" baby deaths prior at the Countess of Chester Hospital, and "several" at her placement in Liverpool Women's Hospital.
Mr Johnson says Letby had previously told police it was "two" at Liverpool. Letby says her memory would have been clearer back then.
Well spotted, that's exactly what she said this week.

When are they expecting it to finish? I know that's a really difficult one to answer. But I gather there will be more witnesses?

It’s usually a grid in the order of the bed spaces in the unit. It’ll have name, date of birth, hospital number, age (and I assume gestation on a nicu) a very concise summary of the problem/clinical course, some info on what support the baby’s on, and anything outstanding that day.

So you might get
Bed 1 John Doe 25/12/22 H123456 2 days (31+6/40)
Surfactant deficiency, extubated 28/12/22 weaning CPAP
A/B - MOA C - ?PFO D - APGAR 10/10 at 1 minute E - rash seen
Hip scan due 11:00 28/12/22 Vaccines 13/1/23

A banana for you! 🤣🤣🤣, thank you that is so helpful! 😀😀😀

If there are more witnesses will they be for the prosecution because I thought BM had finished his defence.

I'm sure this has been asked on here before, but does anyone know why they have to refer to the babies by letter (eg Child G) when they've been named in the press previously?
