Going to pour one’s self a mega pint tonight.
I know a lot of people have protested that the paperwork is not proof of murder. But yet here she is, unable to even admit she was wrong to have the paperwork at home. She’s done nothing wrong because they were still kept confidentially, she lives alone so no one had access to them, her parents don’t go into her bedroom at their house so those papers were not compromised either. Didn’t know NHS paper storage extended to staff members own houses 
I mean, wtf? She can’t even admit and be honest about paperwork, evidence that isn’t even direct proof of murder. If she had an innocent, non sinister reason, she should have been able to explain it properly after having 3 years in prison to think about it.
I truly can’t believe people are still buying her poor innocent Lucy crap. And believing her lies over the testimonies of parents and colleagues.
I am here for NJ tearing her to shreds over baby E’s mum. I believed the mum from the moment I heard her testimony and I’m absolutely furious that not only Lucy but people online have tried to gaslight her memory of what happened to her poor poor baby boy, that she’s absolutely adamant she recalls correctly. I am going to be quite emotional finally hearing NJ not stand for this shit and fight for this baby and his mummy. How dare she. How dare anyone else tell this mother she is wrong. I‘m waiting for NJ to ask Lucy outright if she is calling baby E’s mum a liar. I am expecting he might take a similar path with all the witnesses and it’s just going to build and build.

I always thought there would be more babies but it’s starting to sink in the enormity of these crimes, that it seems it was a ‘normal pattern of behaviour’ for her to go in when she wasn’t even on shift.
Honestly think hospitals should see that kind of behaviour as a safeguarding red flag if it’s a frequent occurrence. At best it shows unhealthy attachment to patients surely.

They let what Dr J said go unchallenged, they accepted he was telling the truth. Possibly assuming LL would give a good reason for what she was doing. But she didn't, she lied and said Dr J was lying and didn't even enter the room.

To me this feels very clear. There were rumblings of concerns around the unexplained incidents and deaths on the unit. It was being discussed at consultant level.
Having worked with many doctors over the years, I've seen that the nature of medicine can appear brutal at times but often its the medics ability to look at facts over feelings at times of crisis.
With the day to day goings on and the clinical catastrophes they were witnessing I believe the doctors knew they were looking for a murderer and not innocent mistakes or circumstantial issues such as busy days or short staffing. This was intentional and they had LLs number. I think it had been flagged up to the Head Nurse by this point (if the dates are right, I'll check...) but concerns had been ignored.
That's why Dr Jayaram went into that room unprompted, no alarms, not called in, but he knew she was in there and wanted to see what she was doing. Gut feeling maybe, thank goodness he did. His account could be pivotal in ensuring the jurors feel able to see the concerns around LL that the consulting team did.

I remember going out for dinner with my parents for my birthday in October, and we were discussing the trial, seems so long a go now! Always been camp guilty, but been willing to change my views in light of new evidence being produced, but there is no fucking way she can be found not guilty now! She is going to fall apart during this cross examination, she will be up all night thinking about it, even I have anxiety thinking about tomorrow!!! Ready to quit my job and move to Manchester for a month now

Nick Johnson KC probes the issue of the hospital handover sheets found at Lucy Letby's Chester home following her arrest in July 2018, which the defendant has previously said came home with her in error.
He asks Letby if the three nursing uniforms she was provided with would be washed after every use - she agrees.
"What did you do with the contents of the pockets?" Mr Johnson asks.
"They were put aside in random places in my house," she says.

Mr Johnson asks what disciplinary action she would have faced if hospital management staff knew she had over 250 handover sheets at her home.
"I can't answer that, I don't know the policy," she said.
"Have you ever been interested in the policy on managing personal sensitive data?"
"I don't know."
"You're not bothered, are you?"
"I don't know the details, these handover sheets were held at my address but they were held in confidence," Letby says.
"In a bin bag in your garage, that's held in confidence, is it?"

Big take away from today for me is her admitting that it wasnt unusual for her to have not swiped in as other team members can let her in, stayed hours after shifts and came in on her days off… ruins the defence saying she simply wasn’t there based on her rota or swipe data …
