is that also the lowest number of jurors the Judge can accept a majority verdict from rather than unanimous?Think it is 9, as long as it’s over 9 they can crack on
Yum! I want biscuits nowI’m fighting with myself about opening the can of worms that are gypsy creams. Had one at a lovely wee cafe the other day…yummy!
Ooooh it's years since I ate a gypsy cream now I want them! Didn't know they still sold them tbh. I love gypsy tart too but that's a regional thing!Love a gypsy cream![]()
I seem to remember they are sometimes called Romany creams which sounds really romantic! Not sure though *also runs off to GoogleIrish traveller cream doesn't have the same ring to it![]()
Could she be 'lve forgotten my swipe, would you mind swiping me in?'.All swipe data would have been recorded
We don't swipe in to clock on. It's just for security reasons.
I know they had some back up jurors at the start, but they actually ended up leaving or joining at the start too.For long trials like this I don't know why they don't have a bigger jury pool to be honest. More jurors but at the end of the trial pull out 12 that have (hopefullt) attended all the sessions....OK not a perfect system but they do it in the US with alternate jurors. That way if one juror is persistently sick they can sack them off.
Whereas I would drink ten Diamond Whites with the odd Metz thrown in.Ohhh I loved a Moscow Mule followed by Smirnoff Ice and then at the end of the night I'd have a Diamond White or 3. I once tried to make love to a tree after 1 too many Diamond Whites![]()
What's Milo?Weed n a cup of Milo hereparty hard
Yeh, is it used as a vasodilator? I’ve not heard of it being used in children, but I don’t know.Tbf, nitric oxide is used in ITU for very poorly patients to help with lung perfusion. Dunno if it’s used in paeds, I’ve not worked there. I think the original OP was just plucking random names of gas out of the air though![]()
So are we thinking that she was contaminating all of the bags in that case? They went through double the previous years amount in the year she is alleged to have offended. I am sure the prosecution would not have mentioned this if there were lots of babies prescribed it so it’s accounted for.
No. It's the external review of the unit, which was published in November 2016.do you mean the CQC report?
There’s also a ex parte for today with the same case reference as tomorrow’s so I assume it’s something different. It’s not showing for trial tomorrow but an ex parte hearing.
I didn’t make a note of the case ref the last time there was one listed when it should of been sitting so it could or could NOT be remotely related.
I feel it is though.
You can be asked to attend at the police station at a specific time and date and then arrested upon arrival. Happens all the time, even with very serious crimes and often when there are multiple arrests of one suspect. Not the same as a voluntary interview. I never mentioned a voluntary interview.Exactly - this is and continues to be a massive case of it’s time … I’m not sure we have seen anything like it to be honest. As for inviting her in for interview after the initial arrest, we’ll that was never going to happen and it’s daft to even suggest it, she could of stood up and left at any time.
She better buckle up and try and get her story straight for tomorrow. Hopefully now the trial will not suffer from too many breaks.
This case needs to reach a conclusion.
I think it might've been Dr Brearey, but I could be wrong. Is Dr Gibbs the one that someone in a thread said they had as a Doctor for their baby?
my husband said you can’t do jury if you’re unemployed i thinki have a theory that the majority of jurors are unemployed - hence why they are able to attend such a long trial. And based on the sickness rate - NO WONDER they aren’t in employment!
Ahhh … phew ! ThanksThere’s also a ex parte for today with the same case reference as tomorrow’s so I assume it’s something different.
Any relation to Karen!!
