Thing is, all the people who are saying “it’s only circumstantial evidence” well, circumstantial evidence is evidence. If members of my family kept dropping dead in the presence of Les Dennis across a period of 6 months I’d have some pretty bleeping big questions for Les Dennis. I wouldn’t just brush it off as a coincidence that I’d lost 3 aunts, a cat and my grandfather when Les came to my house. Oooh my gut says it’s Les Dennis but let’s invite him over one last time to see if he knocks off anyone else.

Edit: On a more serious note I genuinely believe she is guilty. I’ve always had the “gut” feeling but that means nothing, the more this trial has gone on the more sickened I’ve become.
What has Les Dennis done to you to bring him into this 😂 😂 😂

On a serious note, completely agree with your logic/way of explaining.

The evil evil Les Dennis!

Made me think of those ladies with 7 husbands who die in mysterious circumstances. We all know what happened.

Meanwhile poor Les is feeling very sad at these terrible accusations falsely made against him.

He has PTSD.

Take back your words Squittel. You nasty pasty.

I do apologise for bringing Les Dennis into this. It’s not that I operate a general “duck Les Dennis” policy, but for some reason he was the first person who came into my head, which is bizarre because I don’t think I’ve thought about him for years.

I agree foul play would be the last thing anybody would want to believe. What I refuse to believe is that it’s obvious now and wasn’t then, I think ignoring the initial rumours without evidence is plausible, but then a child turns up with synthetic insulin in its system that has zero business being there. It goes from not wanting to believe rumours to blatantly ignoring a murder attempt, that for me isn’t possible. I think the reliability of what’s been said has to be questioned, if they can be mistaken with the monitor switch off situation why can’t they have got anything else wrong, this is why when things don’t make logical sense it does make me question whether people are possibly misremembering certain things that happened or didn’t happen
But BIB is not impossible. Someone posted on here the other day they think she is not guilty because they can't bear to think of someone doing that to babies, what if someone with that same reasoning was in charge of interpreting the results? They would just tell themselves 100 other scenarios in order to not think someone could murder a baby and file them away as a lab mistake.

This works - I’m crowned now. @DellaC i hope to see you crowned by the next thread!
Ah, so THAT’s why I was crownless — thanks for the tip @LittleMy & for … leading by example @Treesy19 😁
@DellaC — I’m loving that new crown of yours. My ‘preferences’ page said I’ll be de-crowned once the coronation celebrations are over. But you, on the other hand, can never be de-crowned by Tattle. 😉

Exactly and surely a lot of what got Allitt convicted was circumstantial? After all no one saw her administer insulin to those babies did they but she was still found guilty! Love the Les Dennis reference really made me giggle.

I'm in Matalan btw. No seriously I am.
🤣 I got some bedding from there today 😰
It doesn’t say ✨sweet dreams✨ though. Can’t have a guilt free browse in there anymore without you people living rent free in my head 😒
