That’s interesting, we don’t know any of these things though she may well have some sort of mental health issue relating to the event, I mean, a new mother who’s baby had died has got to be pretty likely to have suffered from something like this.I mean, if it came out that the mother was suffering severely from post natal depression / psychosis or had something else going on which would mean she was traumatised to the point she couldn’t remember things properly, then yeah I could believe that. But that isn’t the case so I don’t think it’s really much of a defence for me to just say ‘yeah maybe she isn’t remembering correctly bc of trauma’.
I actually think it’s the only defence, how ever unlikely it may be. If the defence admit to LL falsifying the notes of child who died that’s going to look extremely bad. Again I don’t necessarily believe LLs account I just think it’s the only semi reasonable explanation of she’s innocent
