You don’t need planning permission for loft conversions as they come under ‘permitted development’ and only gave to be signed off by building regs at the council, which is why you won’t see any planning application

just did a quick search and can be around £18 an hour. Im in wiltshire (very local to Elle) Theres alot of building work around here at the moment so im sure theres plenty of that work going right now

It’s all just large plastic crap with loads of pieces. Brilliant to have one of those items kept in a box for a rainy day activity inside but where is she storing train sets and huge room activities without losing pieces when the boys share a room, she’s got full house renovations and 2 babies on the way? You can tell she just took it because it was free. There’s no way she would have bought him those items herself. We saw him asking for paw patrol and Spider-Man items on her instagram, yet he’s got a Thomas party and Thomas toys. He’s a very lucky boy and I’m sure he still loved it but just shows sometimes there’s things you shouldn’t take an AD for!! Wonder what she actually got him herself and if she’s already on the hunt for Jensons birthday sponsor. Suppose that’s how she will afford so many kids, get their presents from ADS!

I havent heard her say it as much but Lucy used to always go on about how her boys only ever drink water yet in the background of her videos i keep seeing capri suns, unless there is an ad coming up
Ok but that “angel collection” and it’s PR vlog are AWFUL
