I bought a palette with the most shades I'd use and then swap out the least used ones for refills in colours I would use. I got fawn because it was only the duo chrome I wasn't into and reckoned I'd use the others.I would love if she did single powder eyeshadows or duos. I don’t use palettes anymore as I find the majority of the shades I won’t use.
This youtuber has used the peachy shade…I was absolutely sure I wasn't going to buy the palette as I do not wear purple make up. I'm neutral leaning warm so the idea of silvery lilac eyeshadow makes me shudder
I knew I'd want the mascara, as I love brown mascara, and the matching pencil because I had toyed between that and ground coffee and bought the coffee and one and it's very dark and cool so more like a charcoal black. I like it and don't regret having it, but it's not the brown on me that it seems to be on other people so should have got burnt umber first.
Anyway, saw Charlotte holdcroft's video and still wasn't overly impressed because the one eyeshadow I loved the look of was the peachy one and it was the only one she didn't usewent on website to order the mascara and pencil. I saw the pics on the website of the palette used on different tones so I now have a Betty on its way to me with the mascara and pencil

Thanks. I did see her come up on my recommended and didn't watch as I thought she was dressed in lilac and is cool toned so presumed she would only use those onesThis youtuber has used the peachy shade…
No! Stop! I wasn’t tempted by the palette but now I fear I’ll miss out!My order arrived today which is the fastest I've ever got something from her website.
Betty is gorgeous and the pics just don't do it justice. Seeing the colours in daylight and sunshine, they sparkle so much more. I can't wait to do some spring looks with it. I'll dip my toe in gently and use one shade over one of her matte liquid eyeshadows.
You could get some of the singles from this palette if there is any part of it that interests you. It says it's limited edition but I don't know if that means the singles won't continue to be available. No! Stop! I wasn’t tempted by the palette but now I fear I’ll miss out!![]()
I did exactly the same. I'm not a sucker for brown mascaras either as I prefer the drama a black lash gives. However, I've bought both and they were delivered today.I was absolutely sure I wasn't going to buy the palette as I do not wear purple make up. 100%! I shouldn't have bought them but alas I did.
I have cool toned skin, and it's not overly lilac unless you build it up.Trust Lisa to come up with a brown mascara I’m actually contemplating despite never worn brown in my life. She really does make everything do covetable. I admire the Betty Palette and the lovely cat that’s the inspiration for it but I’m not going for it as I don’t bother with eyeshadow and pink/lilac looks horrendous on my cool toned skin.
