I really, really love the Skin Tint. It's definitely a holy grail item. I'm fair, pink-to-neutral, with oily slightly dehydrated skin. It makes my skin look great. As does the regular foundation.

Waiting on my package. It has been 5 days since an update. I want my stuff!
I love the Skin Tint too. I’m T3, which shade are you? Did you buy the Pinpoint concealer?
I tried a sample of the LE foundation but it didn’t blow me away so I’ve not purchased the full size plus I’ve others to use up first.
---
I love it too! I’m a T6 and I think it’s a perfect shade too! I think the foundation (shade 10) is a tad too yellow beige for me so I save it for evenings out where the light is more forgiving
---
Does anyone use the Elevated Glow regularly? I’ve had mine for ages (cosmic rose() and I always forget it’s there. Do you mix it in with foundation/tint or use it on high points? Any tips appreciated
I bought the Elevated Glow in Pink Moon. It doesn’t really show on my fair skin so I never reach for it. It’s the one LE item I wish I hadn’t purchased. Perhaps Crystal Nebula would've been better. I may eBay it as I’ve only used it twice.

I think the pencil concealer is a massive miss for Lisa. It’s ridiculously expensive for what you get, the packaging is tacky (those silly little sharpeners that come with those types of pencils always seem to either get lost or damage the product more) and because there is so little it’s going to be used up quicker which goes against her recent ethos of sustainability. These refillable lipsticks were only out late last year.
I know Lisa has lots of fans, me being one of them, but I sometimes feel she has a cult developing around her where whatever product she puts out people will lap up no matter what.

I'm T1! I'm pretty pale but have sun damage. This really evens me out.

I bought Ashes of Roses (I tried it in Liberty last month and really liked it on me), a lip pencil (I only have an old CT one), and two of the glosses (Blush & Ribbon). I have Petal and Muse. With this I got the two free bags which will be nice as I travel a lot so I collect travel bags. A lot of them I got rid of recently filling with small cleansers, moisturizers, tampons, pantiliners etc to be donated to women in Western North Carolina since they got devastated by the hurricane and one of my neighbors drives up there regularly to donate things like that, food, cooked meals, money, et cetera.

I really want regular concealer. I think the pencil one won't be for me since I have pretty decent skin but figured, why not if I'm buying some stuff for myself for my birthday. It's so obscenely expensive. Says me who bought it though, sigh.

What a lovely thing to do. 🥰

I love the Skin Tint too and have pretty much ditched foundation altogether. I'm a T3 or T4, I have both and alternate or mix if I can be bothered. It's a perfect product for me though, love the texture, coverage. I will keep purchasing.

I have really loved the cleanser but three tubes down and I'm not sure I can justify a repurchase, it's so expensive. Maybe once I run out and use something else I'll miss it, perhaps it does more for me than I realise?

Elevated Glow - I got it in Pink Moon too and don't use it much, it's nice but the lid gets a bit messy if I don't stand it upright. I don't think it makes a huge difference, but I do like it in summer when it's hot and I just use SPF and no real makeup, maybe with the baume embrace now I've got the Epanoui which suits me so much more than Red Curve, that was a bit orangey on me but is like a reddy coral on my daughter so she is happy!

I've been tempted several times by the refillable lipstick but I am going to use the things I have more and maybe ask for it as a birthday gift in a few months.

I finally got my package! It got stranded at Customs for a bit.

The 2 bags look nice, though the green one is... not a pretty green color. Olive green. The Liberty patterned one is really nice and a good size for travel so I put all my LE products in it. Perfect!

Ashes of Roses I thought would be more pink than it is. It is more of a neutral pink-brown and does not look that great on me. I can wear it but it's a bit meh. I look kinda like a corpse unless I put some gloss or something else OVER it.

Pinpoint Concealer is okay. It's a nice formula, blends well but not worth the money for me; I really need an actual concealer as I have pretty decent skin just awful undereye problems. I can use it as an inner eye highlight, though, so there's that? It's not for me so a waste of money but oh well, I'll find use for it.

I got 2 of the glosses, one in Ribbon and the other in Blush (I have Petal and Blush Lightly as well). Really love them.

The lip pencil I got is good. It's a lip pencil. I have one in Petal as well and it is a bit softer. This one, the 1C, is close to my actual lip color which is why I chose it, I wanted something neutral I could use with a lot of different lipsticks as I'm mostly a lipstick and mascara girl.

Thanks for your review. I need a corrector/concealer for under my eyes, that’s why I didn’t buy it. I do have a blood vessel on my cheek that I have to conceal but it wears off during the day. I’m wondering if Lisa’s would stay in place all day.

On a previously discussed topic, I’ve not been tempted by her brushes.
I’ve recently purchased 6 BK Beauty synthetic brushes because I found a 30% off code and I’m really pleased with them.
I’ve only recently discovered that you should use synthetic bristles for liquid and cream products and use natural bristles for powder products.
Has anyone tried Rephy natural bristle brushes please? I think I may buy a few of them when they next have a discount but if anyone has any recommendations for other natural bristles brushes, I’d consider those too. Thanks.

That’s a shame regarding the pinpoint but you could use it around your lip line to subtly highlight the shape of your lips. Also on the arch of your brow? The odd spot that may appear?

Try the 1c lip pencil all over as a base then put on the ashes of rises. 1c definitely “pinks” up a lipstick in my opinion.

Ooh, I will try that, thanks @Missmopps ! It looked more pink on me when I tried it on in London perhaps due to lighting, I don't know. It feels so nice on my lips. My lips are somewhat thin, sadly I got my mom's lips!

We have a snow day today so I was thinking of playing with all the new makeup. My son picked out the Ribbon gloss and he did a good job, it looks really pretty. (he's 12 and has always loved to pick out makeup colors and nail colors for me, he told his crush at school the other day he liked her nail polish 🤣 apparently she likes him too!)

Do sit down and have a play with the 1c pencil and the pinpoint. The pencil really is sculpting so you can cheat a little and draw ever so slightly outside of your lipline and then use the pinpoint to emphasise the line you make which will give the illusion of fuller lips. 👄

How lovely your son helps you pick out the colours! You may have a future makeup artist in him! ❤

I have the pink one - it's lovely, but I'm not sure it adds much to my overall look so I'm trying to use it up as I find it a fiddly product (shake, unscrew, dab on, rescrew, blend, check for lines) and I think a good powder shadow would give a similar result a lot faster (nb I tend to put my makeup on in poor light at high speed, so need slap on and go products).

A tip I was given on the LE counter is to mix elevated glow with whatever lipstick you're wearing to make a cream blush - I was amazed how pretty it looked, and it seemed to pull my make up together (can't really explain it, but I thought it was a great tip).

Thanks all for the concealer pencil reviews - very useful!

Review on the face brush:

I was skeptical when it arrived as it has a short handle; it almost looks like a travel brush. I prefer a longer handle as I feel I gave more control over how I apply make up.

It works well with ensuring an even blend and when used with both the Lisa tint and foundation, creates a light layer to enable you to build up accordingly. When blended, the finish is smooth and as I'd expect.

I don't think it would be a good product to use with thicker bases - looking at you, Double Wear - and I'll likely only use with thinner formulas as a result. I also apply foundation to the back of my hand and dab the brush in rather than putting the product on my face and spreading from there.

Do I think it's worth the money? No. It's a nice brush for her products and used in the way Lisa applies make up, however there are other brushes that would do the same with a lower price point.

Thanks for the review.
I use a BK Beauty brush 106 for my foundation or Skin Tint and I’m happy with it.
I also recently bought a cheap, tiny acrylic “pallet” and I squirt the foundation on that now rather than get the back of my hand messy. I find I’m using less this way too.

I got the 7 piece angie hot and flashy set from bk beauty for Christmas. Best brushes I've ever had. So soft and a good range of them.

I considered a set but decided to buy singles of the brushes I knew I’d use - foundation, blush, contour, bronzer, concealer and one for liquid/cream eyeshadows.
I’m only using them on creams and liquids at the moment. Have you used them with powder products?

Yes

I've used them with both liquid and powders. They work well on both. I do feel the need to wash them more often when I've used the same brush on both. No idea if they will clog more with two different textures but thought I should wash them after just in case.

You're welcome. I haven't tried the BK Beauty brushes but do hear good things. I have so many brushes I really don't need anymore, and didn't need the Lisa ones in fairness.

I bought an acrylic pallet too but always forget to use it. 🙄

Minor niggle but I wish the lettering on the packaging would last longer. Lisa has put so much thought into the shape of the foundation and tint bottles but both lettering is wearing off badly, more so in the tint because it’s used more

I find I get leakage as well from the tint so have to try and store it upright by cramming it amongst other items
