I would have got the gloss embrace but that bright pink is so not me and although they were meant to be available individually, they weren't on the website so i didn't get them. I got one of the new lurex and the new red lipstick

I wonder if this is the way all new lip releases will go - they will fit her refillable case only and not be a stand alone lipstick?

Oooo good question! I’m not sure. I think maybe she’ll move on to a different type of lip product like lip oils or more of the baume ones? I think the next launch will be blusher or concealer as those are the products I see mentioned the most on social media to her.
I bought two of Violette FRs blushes and have to say I’m disappointed so I hope Lisa’s lives up to my expectations haha

I've watched the video so many times and can't tell what it might be

I read the MOUTHWATERING email and thought -- "timeless"? it's gotta be blush, some form of "rouge" -- but I guess not?

I don't want another lip product please, or a complexion product in a range that once again doesn't have a shade match for me.

I just watched the video and now of course I want it all! Lisa looks incredible in all of it! She has similar colouring to me so I can see how the shades would look on. Tempted by the toasted shade as I am a 90’s girl. Please someone deactivate my Apple Pay 🫣

That was the colour I loved. Took me right back to my early 20s doing the Pamela Anderson brown lip liner and fudge coloured lippy.

I assumed the velvet texture on the outside of the lipstick bullet was Lisa’s innovation. Happy to be corrected of course if I’m wrong?

I’ve just watched Charlotte‘s video too and it does look lovely. Toasted would look awful on me I think and her swatch looked very similar to Simone which I already have.

I’m still tempted by the palette so I just got out all my eyeshadow palettes to prove I don’t need it. I was going to take a photo and post it so you could all talk me out of it too but I was too embarrassed!
I probably have very similar shades in different palettes but I think it’s just the way she curates such complimentary colours in the one palette that tempts me and the metallic shades do look gorgeous. Argh! 🫣

I noticed it looked very similar to Simone in that video so that got me looking up simone as well! Simone is described as a tawny caramel. Is it a pinky undertone? I think that might be more wearable for me than a straight up fudgy beige.

If you overcome the embarrassment, I'd love to see your palettes. I could join you in the embarrassment as i have a 'few' myself

You're right, it's her curation. The last thing I need is another set of neutrals but of course they all look so good together.

I’m T6. I know I really do have quite a few Lisa pouches now, I have them all apart from the pink and emerald green (how did I miss out on them? I really don’t know! I got them all out the other day and the OG black velvet pouch goes have a nicer feel to it than successive velvet versions. Felt more weighty velvet and more like fabric if that makes sense? The others are more like velvet “flock” feel

I was late to the party so I only have the pink, the denim and soon the cherry.

Yes, it resets. I just checked mine and I will be in the current tier until mid October. I’ve spent just under the threshold for this year. I may buy something before it resets but the shipping is super expensive unless you buy over a certain amount - so, still pricey. I’ve bought from Space NK because their overseas shipping is much more reasonable and I don’t get dinged with a huge brokerage bill from the courier either. That means no Lisa and Me tiers or benefits but I think it is worth it moving forward.

Oh dear! I'm glad Space NK's reasonable to ship, and I hope Lisa starts stocking in your region.

I don't like that type of pencil with the bevelled rim, it's a nightmare to sharpen as there's always a bit that sticks out.

Hopefully it will come with its own sharpener like the sculpting pencils. Those sharpeners are very good

Ok so full disclosure, I got a current body v2 face LED so I use that most nights as it’s 10 minutes only. The celluma is timed for 30 minutes but of course you can do it for less than that but they recommend 30 mins for a proper session. I use that at weekends when I don’t have to worry about time so I choose a podcast, put sunbed goggles on (cheapies from Amazon) and wedge the celluma panel between two pillow to form an arch over my face and chest area. You can choose anti ageing, acne and aches and pains (that worked well when my knee hurt earlier in the year) and you can also choose if the lights pulse or not (I keep that on as it’s quite nice) it’s very relaxing and since doing LED treatments regularly since last November I’ve really noticed a plumping glowing effect.

I use the celluma panel on my back when I get flare ups of spots (bane my life!)

Have you tried NARS smudge proof eye base? I have v oily eyelids, and I can use any eyeshadow if I use this, usually with zero (or only minimal) creasing. Lisa uses it herself, but I’ve been using it for years (*Sali Hughes face*)

I've fallen out of habit of using eye primers (and eyeshadow generally because, well, oily lids ) but the last one I tried was NYX and I wasn't impressed but I thought maybe all primers are the same and a bit of a waste. But, a couple of Lisa's shades (madrigal especially ) have got me itching to try again. I think I will try the Nars primer - I've had friends recommend it to me before, but I was very firmly in the not Sali Hughes "eye primers? Bah humbug!" stage of oily eyelided-ness, so i guess its time for me to eat humble pie, and go forth and Nars-ify

Really enjoying reading everyone’s experiences with Lisa’s makeup.

Sadly (well, not for my wallet) I’m not excited by the new balms, I do love lip products but I have so many to get through, I can’t justify it.

I’m nearly out of cleanser and will replace. I feel I’m quite generous with my use of skin tint but it’s showing no signs of running out. I got T3, and have a T4 which may be a bit better match, especially if I ever get any hint of sun on my face but it really is so forgiving that the T3 is fine until I’ve used it up.

I’d love a concealer too! My favorite £££ has been the Sisley under eye one I bought on the recommendation of Sam Chapman years ago because she said it didn’t settle into creases - she was right and it is excellent, I don’t have many lines under my eyes but almost any concealer I use ends up gathering there anyway.

Is her cleanser good? I haven’t ventured into any of her skincare stuff, just the make up.
