I’m sure it’s really hard for the family, if my brother passed and his wife moved on as much as I’d want her to be happy it would still hurt. She can move on and find another partner but they’ll never be able to find another son/brother and maybe to them it’s like he’s being forgotten. There’s always two sides to every story but I hope they can reconcile for the kids.
I do understand that especially as I've been the child in that situation. It's even more important for the deceased ones family to keep in touch with the widow and children as they are the link to their son.
It's not like lisa jumped into a new relationship the minute he was buried.
It was plain to anyone that she came through hell and made it out the other side.
He hasn't been forgotten, no one just forgets. Live has to go on and the living have to live. They can't stop their life because their spouse has died.
She deserves happiness and to move on, Christopher's family can either be happy for her or cut her and his children off.
Sad that they've chosen the latter.
