I watched a bit of the podcast.
she talked about the large dudes with micro penises and the old guys.

This. I think you're right. It's a sort of self harm and a bit like self harm you need to continue to escalate it to get the same 'feeling'. It's like she thinks of a what would be the most outrageous thing to do and then try to top it. Just watched a clip on her twitter of her walking down the street with two guys sperm all over her face doing a 'rum walk' as she puts it and to be fair that's probably one of the tamer things! Crazy.
Her and Bonnie seem to be in a race to the bottom. I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t suffer serious suicidal thoughts when they get older. Not sure I’d be able to live with those memories in my head.

When Andrew Tate talks about women in a derogatory, degrading way, Lily is just playing to the kinds of men that think the same way as he does. It just worries me from a societal point of view that impressionable young men will believe that women should all be like Lily and they are entitled to have sex with them and recreate extreme porno sex acts on them.

Definitely, and when she talks about some of the men in the 100 thing being "mean" to her. I wouldn't view that as mean, I'd say that's being assaulted. Someone doing something you've "asked' them not to do in sex, just awful

Oh that's interesting. Do you know where to find older pics of her? It seems to be a shared theme with her and Tia, going for the demure/innocent aesthetic. Tia looks like a sad, tired old housewife, but with Lily it just emphasises how depressing her whole situation is. It just makes you think of lost innocence (still can't believe she's throwing her life away like this at 23), and how her creepy parents obviously groomed her into pursuing this sad, sorry life choice.
