For someone who spends every waking moment scrolling instagram, she MUST be able to see the worlds of difference between River and other children his age. Unfortunately she has made a lot of comments about it, mostly referencing that not all children hit milestones at the same time (totally true), and how she's not worried and that he'll get there in his own time.
