I didn’t click on the thread but gay men are no more likely to be CSAs than straight men. The problem is depraved men (it is almost always men) finding ways to gain access to victims.

I made the mistake of clicking on the thread and have read all the posts to date, there are some well structured responses but there are also a number of people that say that men shouldn't be allowed to adopt full stop

Same, but I don’t have the energy to be going back and forth at the moment. I think @Metropolis said it plain and simple above, if anything it’s the system/process that needs fixing. You can’t just be getting kids adopted and then thinking, ‘oh well, we’ve got our hands free of that now, they’ll be fine’
To single out just gay men/partners is stupid. EDIT: I don’t mind including that poll but tbh I would expect it to come back at least 95%+ from regular contributors to this thread, I can only imagine it would be lower if loads of random people signed on purposely to this thread to disagree. Can you do multiple polls on one thread? It could be good to ask different questions

And tbh I wasn’t even thinking about that question in terms of drama! Just that it’s a been a dominant topic in the last threads of these and huge majority here all agree that T is affecting LGB and wishes it would go away. I can include it as a poll as a visual representation though so anyone - visitors* or otherwise - can see the poll results and see how strongly on a pro UK LGB thread we do not agree with the T?

And yeah thinking about it and if in line with that thread title if chosen I will do that poll. (That way we can witch-hunt and bully any TRA users that vote against it - joking before anyone reports me lol, as regular users of this thread and topic only know the bullying and witch hunting goes one way )
