I recently got engaged and this is my shiny ring.

I've always wanted this style ring, before it became popular and I love it. Small enough to just catch light but big enough to show everyone im finally engaged!

I absolutely love the art deco ones and the coloured stones too!

Here’s mine. My wedding ring has green diamonds in it and the engagement ring is an emerald. They are 22ct gold, matt finish. The thin band was my Mother-in-Law’s wedding ring.
Excuse the sausage fingers, 10 years later they’re a bit inflated and I can’t get them off

This is mine, I love it so much !
It is honestly my dream ring and was designed for me by my fiancé’s jewler in Hatton garden.
I do sometimes feel guilty when I look at it because it could be used for a deposit on a house but I love it!
He proposed last year in the Maldives for my birthday!
I’ve been engaged for a year in 2 days!
I wonder if we will ever get married tho

I’m not engaged (yet) but the other day my boyfriend asked me to send a photo of a ring that I like. I didn’t really put much thought into it and found a picture on google images and send him the link. He replied later saying that the one I had picked was 50k think he had a mini heart attack!

I have a sweet story about my ring. My then fiancé and I went ring shopping a few times so he got the gist of what I liked. He took a long time to chose my now ring. Months after we got engaged I took a look at the certificate etc and amazingly the date my ring was created was the date we had met and gone on our first date 26th of sept 2018.

I got a Tiffany Setting ring. It is beautiful and a classic. Tiffany actually invented the engagement ring. I get so many compliments on it. I once had a woman come over to me at a restaurant and say she couldn't stop looking at my ring from across the room as it sparkles so much. The bevel band is unique to them and I know they've sued companies (most famous is Costco) for copying it.

This is mine. It's nothing fancy but I absolute love it. I was 18 when my now husband proposed and he was also 18 and on an extremely low apprenticeship wage. This cost him a whole weeks wage almost 20 years ago.

As I said I’m not engaged but I love jewellery and my family likes to buy presents that mean something (specially my grandparents) so I have quite a lot of nice jewellery that I’ll always cherish. The top band was for my 21st middle was 16th birthday and the bottom eternity ring my grandad bought my grandmother for their 50th wedding anniversary, I helped him choose it and he was so unbelievably excited about giving it to me grandmother. He died nearly 3 years ago and my grandmother gave me the ring for my 30th birthday... excuse the fact they need a clean. We have a brilliant jeweller that made them all

I don't want to post my hand, as the photo I have is from other social media but this is my ring. Very simple princess cut, with diamonds either side, platinum band, quite a small centre stone as I have very petite hands.

I probably wouldn't choose the same style now (got engaged about 5 years ago, married for 3) but I still do love it. It no longer fits me as I've lost weight so I don't really wear it atm. I do intend to get it resized though.

Photos I take never quite show the detail clearly because is has diamonds on the sides and the way it wraps around the diamond is called "winds embrace".

I got my wedding ring custom made to fit against it because I didn't like the one that they sold to go with it. The engagement ring is such and awkward shape all other rings I tried ended up having a big gap between the two so custom made was the way forward and was surprisingly well priced! I've added a picture of my wedding ring as well.
