I like Goodhall apart from his ridiculous take on inheritance tax. He manages to ask difficult questions without alienating guests.

I'm pleased to report that the Battle of Waitrose was just a rumour.
I returned unscathed and well prepared for Jenrick's Coup d'Etat.

LBC is doing something called James O’Brien plus. Good lord.
LBC are going for the money big time. Bloody subscriptions all over the place. They have Nick Abbot The Whole Show Plus for a £4.99 a month. You get an extra show and news letter.

Has anyone subscribed to any of the extras like LBC Catch Up plus?

I'm not going to. I can live with the adverts

On almost every show there's a podcast or whatever being punted.

They used to do a catch up type subscription about 10 years ago that was £2 a month. I hear the ads for the new service on every programme pushing the £4.99. I'm assuming it covers every show ? The only catch up I use is for Ian Payne. He has a very short break at 4.15am and I'm usually asleep by the time the news on the half hour comes round.

Pound to a penny all the extras advertised will disappear after a few months.
