How was she nasty to Surreymama? Must have missed that.

She wasn't dumped by CM, she left them as she wasn't happy about the control they wanted over her channel. She put something to this effect on her stories ages ago when it first happened.

I can. It's a nice house in a sort after location. If you looked at the properties in the 450k price range it was by far the best. I think the owners probably put it on at the lower price knowing it would get a lot of interest and therefore people would up the price.

That house has been on the market since Jan and has just been marked as sold, so it could have been her who bought it.

I've found the house on Rightmove too. Not much room to put value on the property but looks like it is decorated to a high spec, no curb appeal and not the green views she originally pined for. At least she is getting less fussy but surely they must be kicking themselves for not buying something (anything) when they originally starting looking.
