any tea on her and jack ryder (sp?) from EE always felt sorry for him was left high and dry and looked far too young for her.

Always thought they were an odd couple. He looked really young for his age, and she looked like his mum. He still keeps in touch with her kids because they were very close.
I read her book about 10 years ago and I felt sorry for him too! I think he was very naive and young.
I got the impression he was flattered by getting attention from a confident older women. She said he liked staying in playing video games while she wanted to go to party's ect. He seemed to babysit the kids while she went out
I wonder if it was her idea for him to permanently leave EastEnders? His career tanked and her's took off in Corrie after they split.
Can't stand kym , but I've got to say she came across great on Strictly . Down to earth and fairly likeable!
Strictly did wonders for her. She didn’t come across half as badly as I thought she would.
I met her earlier this year, we were in the same bar. I get the impression she didn’t really want to be bothered but I was a bit drunk so asked her for a pic and she posed with us. I feel a bit indifferent to her but kinda glad she got more into strictly and came across well towards the end.

She said in the book she didn't enjoy their wedding because she didn't have a drink, Jack was apparently not into drinking. And that she didn't enjoy their honeymoon as they stayed in a rural area somewhere in the Med away from bars and clubs.
dont forget shes an actress. i have never liked her as she lied about being a mum to get into hearsay then left leaving the others with no career. the two lads in particular
Kym Marsh/Ryder/Lomas/Whatever she is calling herself these days is a hard faced chav. She is a good actress, I will give her that, and she did study acting (instead of just using fame to get hired like Jake Quickenden), but there is something very unlikable about her. She comes across as very false on Morning Live and has no charisma. She is not a good presenter.
I am also angry about the parents' house benefit scheme. I did read that she bought the house for her parents and I thought it was a gift. This reminds me of Hannah Ingram-Moore. Shocking really.

I saw a TV show where she went to her old house in a chavvy area called Ashton In Makerfield and she was living in a tiny terraced house, with two children. She said she couldn't afford electricity. I do respect that she went out there and turned her fortune around.

I thought her parents seemed nice enough when I saw them interviewed over the years, and I understand that they're proud of their daughter, but they just seem to enable her. And the mum ranted on Twitter about Jamie Lomas, which I lost respect for her over. Never really had an opinion on her but this video came up on TikTok, where she’s sat enjoying the company of the utterly loathsome Anthony Cotton whose got a reputation for being one of the rudest and nastiest celebrities. His atrocities range from workplace bullying to dreadful interactions with fans.
Agreed. Said it before but I saw her sister reply to a tweet happy when someone said Polly looks like Kym. She said something like people always say she looks like her dad and she was sick of it
I think Kym was jealous Jamie was in Hollywood...I don't know what he ever seen in her?
