Mind you, not that surprised she has been a bit unclear on a few things like constantly talking about not having any money but lives rent free and is in a different Rouje dress every episode, and even when she keeps saying she has never drank alcohol but I remember her mentioning drinking alcohol in her writing when I was reading some of her work ages ago and thought it was weird:

Good for her if she has decided to be sober, but why lie and said she has never drank it, and be judgy of others who do drink it ? I'm probably being overly critical here and I get that when you put your life into public domain then you are open to criticism but it's all a bit strange...

and how, when talking about how she saved to move to italy/affords to live there, she emphasised that she didn't drink alcohol so saved a lot on that- as if that is such a huge saving it means you can live without a real job I am really intrigued how much she earns, imagine living without paying rent and getting god knows how much from patreon

Good question about her finances. Also, anyone else remember in her cookie making Xmas episode she mentioned she was stressed because "all my bank accounts in Australia have been frozen." Wonder what that was about.

that is so odd about the bank accounts...and also strange if she is living and working in Europe but reliant on her bank accounts there? for me that just seems like she has lots of money there that her parents gave her or something

^^It is strange! I doubt she went to Uni. I found when she was a judge for that pasta competition in Parma. It was in 2013, she was credited as "Kylie Flavell, Australian food journalist, resident in Italy the past 5 years."

If anyone cares, it's a pdf of the local Parma newspaper. I searched "campionato della pasta parma giudici kylie flavell."

No idea why she has been sketchy about alcohol, but maybe it fits her new 'clean' image/lifestyle? I know she mentioned she eats clean and does not add sugar to her espresso (once again, it rang of weird superiority).

ETA: Her finances are definitely vague. She has gone from living in gorgeous flats in Positano and Rome, to talking about how she was reduced to eating simple pasta every day bc she could barely afford her rent. She did say it was her choice to live in these places, but her family has a second home in Provence, and perhaps a third in Majorca (didn't she say she was going to visit them there ar Christmas, but with covid they canceled last minute and she was sad?) Does she realise there are actual people who can't afford minimal rent and bills? And now she is between homes for free with Guido. Lol

I think you've nailed it - doubt if she's pregnant as she was humping wheelbarrows and lifting beams in a reno vlog - even if it was just for show I doubt whether she'd risk it. Rushing it before he changes his mind or someone shouts from the back of the church "Non si puo fare"

look up chateau diaries thread . She’s a childish greedy grifter who actually puts out a present receiving vlog as well as her usual one ! She’s wealthy but pleads poverty so that suckers give her money to do up her rather ordinary and not very special chateau which is just a country house really no matter how she bigs it up . Dreadful woman who knows how to play up for the cameras . She has a big load of super mad looney fans .

About Uni, that reminds me of a question I had. I had always assumed she had Greek dual citizenship because of her mother's family. I assumed bc she was in Europe well past Schengen timelines. But then I thought if not, maybe she got a permit to stay for autonomous work (lots of bloggers and freelancers tend to have them eventually.) Well, in her interview with Atty Cappecchi about visas, she said she has spent so much money on student visas and language courses all these years! And how it was a struggle to stay in Italy. I'm confused, lol.

yeah I assumed she had a greek passport too.. unless it just took a while to come though?

Yes, but my take on the "not before marriage" reply was she was alluding to technically being married before the bambino arrives.
So much of her relationship anecdotes don't seem to add up anyway.
When does she think she will get around to going to Australia to pick up the original document needed to get married legally? Maybe that will be a vlog series this summee and take Guido along, lol.

I think it will be a really long time, I know lots of australian citizens who have had huge difficulty getting there from europe, flights cancelled etc. I have no idea what the document is but could it not be sent over?

how the hell did she end up being a pasta judge?! so many of the things she has started to do and stopped are so random, like that dressmaking thing she has posted so much about meetings with fashion people and then nothing came to anything

I'm not convinced it's a bump. Also would she be swinging pick axes around as much as she does and be on her hands and knees waxing terracotta tiles in the early stages of pregnancy as she does in these renovation videos? Surely, Guido and his family wouldn't want her to be doing this if she were carrying a child.

I don't know what she would do for the camera.
I didn't think pregnancy was going to be the big announcement because I don't think it's the right time in her life, she has too many ambitions. That was until I came across those images, now I am not so sure.
Maybe, @Spirit of place is right and its too many cannolis.

100% agree with you ! Here is a 3 min pouty video of KF in her underwear on the attack against other women youtubers/influencers (in rap form) criticising them for having botox and using bikini shots .... I just don't understand how she does not see the stark hypocrisy here ?

She explains why her content is far better than their vapid output and complains how they are successful but don't produce "deep" content like her, not sure which deep videos she is referring to here as you say @Denise0211.
Even in the more interesting interviews she does it has to have a Kylie narrative running through it, making it about her and not the subject !

She really is unpleasant and full of her own self-importance.

In her comments section on one of the Rennovation videos someone asked, a few replied "online" , and asked Kylie if she would make a video about it and she said she would/it's upcoming. Maybe she mentioned it in her Stories or in her handwritten letters to her patrons. Lol.

Great point about her timeline. When I first found her I read she "left her career" as some highly paid job in publishing or something, yeah! I always rolled my eyes at that bc it isn't a 'career' if it's a vanity job a few months out if high school. I have no idea how that works at 17, haha.

yeah exactly! I would be amazed if someone walked into a highly paid job like that without even a degree, and then at one point she has spoken about the fact that (before moving to italy) to save she was working as a waitress or something
