She has absolutely NO crediable qualifications. Providing someone. certificatifion in CBT in just few weeks is unethical, and scary AF !!!

I'd be more inclined to take fitness exercise from her than her pseudo psych advice. CBT qualifications my bleeping foot. Her counselling diploma if she's still doing it, should be teaching her that she barely knows anything in that space and giving advice in that area is dangerous and irresponsible

The thing is we en she was that weight and working out in That style she said she was loving it and feeling good. What’s to say in 6 months she is t saying how actually she was miserable here?

She's certainly found a great loophole for giving poor struggling women fitness advice. Set up a Sunroom account and make it like you are working out "together". She doesn't have to be a qualified PT as she is just sharing what she does apparently. Also noticed she will charge people for voice message conversations
