I’m close to unfollowing. I don’t mind women showing off their bump, but she’s just gone too far. Also she says people keep telling her to put it away so she sees it as ‘socking it’ to the hATeRz. It’s like just it a rest. Yes you‘re pregnant, it can be a lovely time and many women feel good and like having a bump but not everything needs to be on social media relentlessly.

I’m convinced all these big ‘ideas’ of hers that she seems to think need massive marketing ‘campaigns’ are just to feed her desire to have professional photos of herself taken literally constantly for her to post constantly on social media. It’s sooo narcissistic!!!

She always seem very insincere and incredibly cheesy. Refers to everyone as ‘sis, sista, or fam’

Very cringy, I wish she would tone this down.

I also this she’s more into Brett than he is jer 🤷🏻‍♀️

It was so misleading, it looked like an advent calendar for everyone to buy. She could have done 12 different days of offers/surprises. But instead 12 days of influencers getting new outfits and posting about it, for people to then buy at the end. Nothing revolutionary

The products are good, but nothing the brand does has substance. It’s not creative or a proper campaign. It’s hot gym girls in tight activewear in a new colour way

I find Krissy totally fake. She's inarticulate (yes she's Albanian but from living in the UK since she was young you'd expect her to be more articulate than she actually is) and claims to not be the diet culture-y trainer that focuses on aesthetics yet she uses her own body to market her plans (using physique/flexing videos ew) as well as weight loss/toned up transformations. She's clearly tying the promise of a 'better' image to her plans, and of course, insecure girls desperate for a bum and a small waist are throwing cash at her. As someone with massive influence I expected her to set a better example - clearly she's just another Instagram influencer who uses her physique to sell plans. And apparently she doesn't treat the T+S ambassadors very well, saw it on youtube somewhere.

Why does always mention arguments when she posts about Brett? I’ve really noticed it and it’s not healthy.

I can imagine she gets so aggy over the smallest things. She said something about how she had to “teach him how to clean” when they first got together, why do I need to know that?

I find her to be more annoying and inauthentic as her business grows. It’s a shame

The pregnancy content is relentless. How can she not realise she’s being so in your face with it.

She’s deleted them now but when she posted them I thought typical Krissy not thinking about how other businesses operate. Imagine how many people just like her ring up Equinox to try and get a free membership but I can’t see a gym that charges as much as they do being rude in that way. I think she just interpreted the call like that. How would he even have known she was an influencer, plenty of non-influencers film in gyms.

I bet it’s really frustrating and given how much money she makes, not sure why she’d even bring up the partnership. Would love to know how much she’s paying for that new apartment in Kensington but she wants a free membership.

She’s so cringe

Never expected this thread to end up like this? I do enjoy her videos and like her new gym range
Just ask yourself. If Krissy didn't look the way she did, would she have her own supplements/app/clothing line? If she worked out every day and ate as she usually does but was 3 or 4 sizes bigger would she have even half the number of followers as she does right now? She claims that working out isn't her job, but the reason so many women follow her and that she is able to have such good exposure/influence is because of the way she looks. She's very conceited about her body even though she claims it's never about the looks...she's trying to profit from the whole "work out for enjoyment and health" mantra but clearly she posts a lot of sneaky diet culture content that say otherwise. Tbh a lot of influencers are fake like this. It's just that so many of her disciples are fooled into thinking she's a genuine trainer.

Luxury gym memberships are expensive, for a normal person. But she earns so much that it’s just fake relatability.

£200 a month for a gym membership is a lot, but not to Krissy. Just get on with finding a gym and be quiet. Now she’s got her fans crawling all over the gym’s socials when she could have just emailed the manager or something like a normal person.

She was clearly trying to get a free membership and for once someone told her no
