I feel slightly differently about the Born Anxious/Just Ausome type stores (I’m not including the Knackered Carers Club people in this, as i agree that those sorts of messages are ableist
anyway my take, for what it’s worth, is that those families are a) making money when god knows how hard it is to find employment as the parent of a disabled child and b) raising funds for smaller charities that would otherwise go ignored.
they both have reps that are autistic adults, who are happy to wear their stuff, and their messaging is generally positive, and about celebrating the things that make neurodiverse people unique, and challenging stereotypes.
I personally wouldn’t dress my child in their stuff but I don’t have a problem with people that do. I think they’re much more about acceptance than awareness. and I do not begrudge these women, because it’s always women that run these businesses, making money where they can. Nobody is forcing anyone to buy their stuff, or to even follow them on SM.

I don’t think it’s that. I’m not sure when they fell out but it was quite a long time ago (definitely pre-2020). I remember suddenly realising that A’s friend hadn’t been around for a while, decided to look for the mum’s account and they weren’t following each other. I realised then that they must have had a huge fall out.

She fell out with collagen kid lady quite publicly..
I know earlier on I was thinking about her stories last year from over christmas. I know she had a insta friend who had a sen daughter too and last time Grace took a break she updated saying her and Ami-G were ok. Cant remember who it was to check this time though, but I do remember the child was called Christie
This was who is now collagen.and.kid but they fell out a while before she came off insta

Sorry no updates! Does anyone remember an account, I think they were friends with kisscub, the mum had a little girl with blonde hair who was autistic? I remember she used to spin around a lot. Not sure if she stopped posting too?
Just read one of the posts on that account and she is talking about one of her very good friends and how they disagreed and she didn't think much of the person after it
