Never looked at her Facebook before, until just now. OMG hilarious, the whole family are on public. Why do they post everything publicly and have no regard for their safety on the internet?? Kirsty posted her full date of birth on her stories the other day, she’s posted the name of her road, she’s posted a photo of the house with number 15 on the door, she posts videos of the road. Then we have selfie after selfie after selfie after selfie. What is wrong with them?? I’m completely anonymous online, my date of birth is 01.01.1901 - no one gets my personal information. Utterly bizarre.


Apologies in advance to anyone who doesn’t earn this much, but someone tried to persuade her by saying they know a postman who earns £1,800 AFTER TAX. That isn’t going to get her a house of her own in South London is it?!

Absolutely not a chance those cals are right. That chicken alone would be over 300 and the sausages are 66 each and that’s before the veg, potato & gravy. Nearer 600 cals. I’ve been cal counting for 2 weeks so I’m very aware of cals in things as constantly checking

She clearly needs to get her Slimming World book out, check the app or go back to school to learn basic maths as a whole avocado is 14 syns which make a quarter 3.5 syns & not 2.5 as she’s posted

I think sw is stupid in that sense because u can’t just generalise all avocado’s when they’re never the same size

I can buy a standard large ready to eat avocado and get around 80g (ish) from half of one (depending on the size of the stone inside) that’s 130 kcals/6.5 syns, but the smaller avocado’s I buy to ripen at home are a lot smaller and are only around 50g at most for half of one (again depending on the size of the stone), which is only 80kcals/4 syns
