Does she think squatting is some magic exercise coz she includes it in everything; banded side walks you’re not supposed to go up and down (hence why she looks so fucking awkward), a kettlebell swing is a small bend at the knee not all the way down and when she does a ‘deadlift’ she somehow manages to get down into a squat. It’s really annoying me that she thinks she’s so clever “doing my own thing” but without proper form you’re not activating the muscles as you should be so it’s basically pointless! I really want someone to ask how many rounds of each exercise she does.

Yeh I was thinking about that when I just read it she never says gifted or ad on the Dare posts. I think there’s a thread here that tells you how to report if no one can help.

Never looked at her Facebook before, until just now. OMG hilarious, the whole family are on public. Why do they post everything publicly and have no regard for their safety on the internet?? Kirsty posted her full date of birth on her stories the other day, she’s posted the name of her road, she’s posted a photo of the house with number 15 on the door, she posts videos of the road. Then we have selfie after selfie after selfie after selfie. What is wrong with them?? I’m completely anonymous online, my date of birth is 01.01.1901 - no one gets my personal information. Utterly bizarre.

They do a lot of walking at Royal Mail, there's no way Kirsty would consider that.

Well im 5'10", and looking at the length of her legs from hip to knee she is most def nearer my height, also when she poses seductively staring outta the window over the counter in the kitchen with her tummy resting on it she is most def a taller girl, but than again why lie ???

How tall is a garage door she’s almost the same height? I’m 5’7 and no where near as tall as a garage door lol and my hips are not higher than the kitchen counter, hers are.
