I thought she would have been encouraged to move every day. I walked round our neighbourhood almost every hour which helped massively with the gas pain and I had to inject every day for 28 days to prevent blood clots. Bed was for bed time, I was up and washed by 9am every day, makes you fell so much better than wallowing in bed eating junk.
