It definitely sounds like her family enable her, she's gone on a rant that she tried to deposit money into her step dads account and the banker wouldn't let her because she's not the account holder. And now she said her mam is putting a complaint in, for what, doing her job?

Briefly worked in a bank as a teenager, granted that was a long time ago and things may have changed but giving out your PIN number back then was a big no no and made you liable for any fraud, she’s just told everyone and their granny that her parents have compromised their account if any dodgy transactions happen on that account in the future chances are the bank won’t cover it and could use what happened in the bank and her video as evidence that they don’t keep their account safe, I’m sure it literally says on the slip you get with it to keep your pin to yourself and not give anyone your card, she didn’t need the card or the pin to pay money in just the sort code and account number.
