BIG news from Kate's home account! She likes the bamboo towel rail in the bathroom after all. Phew! I think we will all sleep a little easier now!

Good to know that as we emerge from the greatest crisis in this country's history since the second World War, Kate is tackling all the challenging issues she faces head on. Tone deaf, stupid, entitled and completely lacking in any self awareness.

I too, wonder what happened with Louise. They’re from the same area so they’re bound to bump into each other! Wasn’t Kate the one who encouraged Louise to do YouTube as well?! Louise’s videos are a breath of fresh air compared to Kate’s- she keeps it varied, she keeps it interesting and doesn’t just buy ‘tat’. She seems to have a lovely family too must be for personal reasons that they fell out - both very tight lipped about the subject.

Sad isn't it? They used to go trips together. Husbands included and the kids seemed to get on. Sad when that happens.

Oh god I remember watching an old vlog of Rosie Henshaw (only recently discovered her) and she did her own version of "Mug of the day". Someone in the comments made a snide remark about it being Kate's line and how she was the real McCoy etc etc.. and Rosie was hanging on her coat tails. I was delighted to note the difference in subscriber numbers after reading that comment and Rosie was very much a lady in her reply too.

I just remembered another incident in a vlog where she had a thrifted gift for her friend Louise. They were sat in the car and Louise was thrilled with her meal planner pad (she enjoys cooking /baking). When she discovered there were 2 in the pack, Kate asked for one back for herself I mean they cost her a pound or less, yet she couldn't just let her friend enjoy and make use of both. It just screamed meanness at me tbh.

I love Rosie she’s funny, down to earth, tells it like it is and doesn’t endorse things she’s not 100% behind and uses. That Everything Five Pound video half the stuff was hideous and the dress that if she just put a stitch in ...... love it doesn’t bloody fit ! You are of an age now where you need to find a style ..... not just because it was 2 quid in a charity shop. And the “Yaaaayyyy” she does when she discovers something ..... like a long match

She has missed the boat in terms of her channel becoming something better, she would have been better off trying to do some more radio (maybe hospital or podcast or internet?) and buying vintage or antiquey bits for her house and up cycling them, that’s be interesting because she has a stunning house!
my husband has a well known niche radio show, since Covid he records it from home so she could definitely do that and I’m sure lots of internet Stations would give her a show because although she can be annoying she is a good presenter, she has a good voice, is never lost for words and created a catchphrase (even if you think it’s annoying it’s a bonus for a show)
her Dad gives me the major creeps, he’s like one of your school friends Dad who makes unfunny or inappropriate jokes and everyone else thinks is funny

I think Kate ought to do a few decluttering vlogs. Then maybe show herself selling some stuff and donating some stuff instead of just buying things. It would make a change if nothing else, because surely all Kate's viewers are sick of the same old. She doesn't even do grocery hauls to mix it up a bit, I know there are only 3 of them but they still need to grocery shop. I think she even did more varied content in lockdown than she does now .. I will admit I don't even watch her videos now as I get a notification and I think "same old" judging by the title and thumbnails and move along .

Me too, I followed her religiously a few years ago, now it's very hit and miss when I choose to watch.

That dress she is wearing in her Instagram post today from everything £5 is horrible. It looks as cheap and naff as it is. She seems to be getting more pretentious with her posing too. I don't know why Mr Carrington doesn't just ditch her. He is in a different league and doesn't need hangers on like her.

So I went to Mr Carrington's vlog announcing his new TV gig. Both Luke and Louise have posted their congratulations yet Kate hasn't Now that's just mean as he's very supportive towards her channel and they appear to be friends. Too late to even bother now as the vlog is 2 days old. I find that behaviour very petty and quite sad.
