Hauls during this pandemic are the worst! It was lazy content before but now it's really bad as well. It makes me sad as she has potential but goes for the easiest no edit bullshit now all the time. No growth as a channel and no ability to see why hauls and shopping suck.

Being lonely doesn't mean you're alone, it's a feeling. Maybe Lee isn't there physically or more likely emotionally.

Absolutely, you can be lonely in a room full of people and it's awful. In Kate's case though I think it was attention seeking and an attempt to stroke her ego. The point about Lee is something I hadn't thought of tbh cause he always seems to do so much for her.

With Lee keeping their clients happy next door, she can lounge around her Georgian home in her 'snuggly' pyjamas, drinking from as many mugs as she can find, rearranging plastic flowers on her wall, and talking to various inanimate objects for company!

Who knows what happened with her and Louise? They were such good friends. All those Cath Kidston finds Louise 'allowed' her to keep when they went thrift shopping together. That's a true find right there!

Sweet mother of God, that's quite funny There are accounts on Instagram practically dedicated to Emma Bridgewater and it's generally people who pay full price (cause they're not miserly like Kate) and have full collections that they use every day.

I felt a bit mean with what I wrote yesterday. It's true you can be lonely and surrounded by people. But I agree with what you said about it being attention seeking. Everyone is going through the same, shes lucky to have been able to catch up with Luke and Mr Carrington and anyone shes seen that she hasnt said about. But unfortunately there are people that havent been able to do that and they may be suffering in silence or not have anyone to talk to.

She put on her youtube community page that shes glad that she isnt the only person feeling like she is. She knows she isnt though, and to me that's what makes it look like shes attention seeking.

I noticed Mr Carrington commented on her video and said that hes been feeling the same, however he hasnt said anything on his videos. Not saying he should but he likes to keep things positive on his channel.

I'd Dislike her life, how she feels accomplished on the back of such trite content is beyond me. All she does is shop and then vlogs said shop for Youtube. On Instagram she posts the same few pictures of her hallway (that legless table is horrendous) or utility room then reposts it when someone shares. Riveting stuff right there

I watched a video from her friend Louise recently and she vlogged her birthday and the gifts she received. I have to say that she has very generous friends and family and is modest and appreciative. She didn't mention Kate once or show her present either. Her vlogs are a Mish Mash of her life and the ones I watched were entertaining. I find it tedious when Mr Carrington gives Kate a shout out so I hope Louise sticks to her guns and stays in her own lane.

Kate always mentions Louise is her best friend but Louise never mentions her.. Maybe it's an arrangement they have?? Louise does do a good mix of content although I don't like the slimming world nonsense by any youtuber.

I felt slightly guilty for a few minutes and then I realised that she needs a wake up call. I get at least one day a week when I really struggle, can't digest or cope with the current situation and just want to curl up in a ball and hide from the world. I don't though, I roll with it and just do the bare minimum and congratulate myself for making it through another day in lock down (in Ireland we're 2 weeks in to a 6 week shut down).

Here's what I also do, I practice Gratitude. I remind myself that I'm surrounded by people who love me, live in a beautiful home, bills paid and food on the table. Most importantly though I'm grateful for my health and that of my loved ones. I don't take to social media to garner sympathy or to brag about purchases that others may be struggling to comprehend right now when putting food on the table is a priority.

She could have approached all this differently. Instead of making the vlog all about herself, she could have really reached out and offered support /ideas and tips. She could have encouraged people to dm her, once she had developed a sense of the person, she could have offered an email address to chat, then possibly a WhatsApp group where strangers could connect and not feel so lonely. Maybe even set up a private Facebook group for her subscribers. Nope, not our Kate, she made the whole vlog about her and barely validated anyone else's feelings. That's why I don't feel guilty now.

I feel exactly the same!! Shes so vague with her replys to comments. Although on camera shes very chatty and very out there that's all about herself but when it comes to anyone else it's like she doesnt want to know.

I commented on one of her videos once. And her reply was "I know" I also noticed that someone commented on the "life update" video saying they had sent her something before and would like to send something again and she said "that's sweet, but dont worry" just seemed a bit ungrateful.

I completely agree about reaching out to others. Another youtuber that I watch created a whatsapp group and said that people could even send her their number if they wanted so she could call them to have a chat!!

Kate could even do a live YouTube video to interact but no cause it would mean she wouldnt be able to talk about herself

Just watched her latest Cherryz Haul vid. She mentioned using wax melts because she’d been sent some and she really likes them. Might just be me but thought it was a shame she didn’t mention who had kindly sent her the wax melts in the first place.

I know a lot of these “influencers” do Cherryz hauls. The best one I saw was Louise’s where she had been asked by Cherryz to do one and she chose things to donate to a food bank instead of keeping for herself.

KM would never do anything that did not directly benefit her. She is mean, selfish, greedy and insincere. I have no doubt that's why she has lost good friends.

I couldn't watch the latest haul beyond the face wipes. Bored to tears with her massive head, eyes that are barely open, 90s make-up, silly voice, talking to inanimate objects and thinking she's hilarious. Bore off woman!

Secret Santa gift swap - I watched the other girls video (Chelsea?). It was SO much better edited than Kate, she inserted cut aways of the website and added prices. Someone asked in the comments if she could add prices next time and she said that she didn’t know them because it was sent to her.... but she made a list from the website? Just too lazy to look again more like. This Chelsea has so many less subscribers but had a much more put together video. It’s a crowded market kate, I’d be worried if I were you. Try making a bit more effort with your videos yeh?

I can't bring myself to watch but I'm guessing that Kate gifted lots of cheap tat to that girl. She's done it before so it wouldn't surprise me.

Both places are beautiful! They've clearly got some money. Very classy and beautifully styled. Minimal tatt. Why does she keep buying so much stuff? Why does she keep this so quiet? It would be actually interesting content to hear how they run this additional income stream. I guess they pivoted during covid and did renovations on the second house. Maybe Lee's job (coaching?) Is seasonal or ended. Even if they hire out the cleaning (maybe they do it) this all still requires time and management and dealing with people.

She probably wants to appear to be relevant Maybe those extra homes are where her tat ends up living, especially furniture and "decorative" pieces.

Could you imagine being subjected to her stupid voices/ impressions/singing ? Nope, best that Lee deals with the guests as she'd clear the place in a heartbeat.

She's totally missed a great opportunity not incorporating the house rentals into her vlogs. It could actually be interesting and take her out of her rut, mind you it would also be challenging so not for our lazy Kate. The possibilities for her vlogs are endless if she just made more of an effort. She could learn how to bake/cook, use that lovely kitchen more, plant in her garden and show the progress rather than the standard mug shot every other day and even do proper room makeovers instead of just showing when it's all done.

I wonder if she keeps them quiet to avoid the revenue or does she hide her YouTube revenue? I'm almost certain that all those freebies need to be declared.
