She never credits or mentions small accounts or businesses. I remember watching an old vlog where she swapped Christmas gifts with a lady from a smaller account . She barely mentioned the account and couldn't wait to get her greedy mitts on her presents. I did seek out the other lady and still follow her today cause she's a breath of fresh air and the polar opposite of Kate. The only account she constantly mentioned when I used to follow her was Mr Carrington, she liked to ride on his coat tails since his career is sky rocketing.

KM would never do anything that did not directly benefit her. She is mean, selfish, greedy and insincere. I have no doubt that's why she has lost good friends.

I couldn't watch the latest haul beyond the face wipes. Bored to tears with her massive head, eyes that are barely open, 90s make-up, silly voice, talking to inanimate objects and thinking she's hilarious. Bore off woman!

Latest haul includes but is not limited to a very ambitious size 8 dress, more dust-ridden fake plastic flowers and a cheap Wilko bath bomb set that she paid £11 for in the charity shop when it was half of that originally in Wilko?! That's our thrifty Kate!

I'm so glad I've had a little read on this thread and found out about the holiday let's. I'm local to Kate and no way would I pay what she is charging to stay in the town

Welcome to the fam - we're a set of nasty witches with a mutual and growing disdain for greedy Kate!

From what I can gather, she has a beautiful house but it's on a main road and there are other homes nearby? It's certainly not secluded.

Do you know her personally and does she have a reputation in the area?

I don't know what possessed her! That's Lush pricing! Her greedy and desperate 'grab it' attitude has backfired on her spectacularly this time.

There's one other thing you can be sure of if she reads here - she will be down Wilko as we speak hoovering up all the £2.50 bath bomb sets if they are still available. Got to have them all for herself!

I've watched Kate and Mr Carrington for a while now - I thought I was turning into a horrible old woman by thinking she is

And then I found this thread!! I'm not alone in my thinking - hooraahhh...

I can't bear the "mug of he day" or the "Helllooo" at the beginning - if I still had periods, I would say it was PMT, but I'm well past that. As with most of YT, I only dip in/out when I can, so I'm not an avid watcher of Kate, but my goodness isn't she smug!

I hate to talk bad of anyone, but there is something very insincere about Kate. I can't put my finger on anything in particular, but I won't be watching again.

The hauls from the charity shops are mental - where on earth does she put all this stuff? but now reading here and finding she has 2 Airbnb, it makes sense, as I expect she uses things for her holiday let's.

Glad to have found you Ladies - happy it's not just me, that thinks she is grabby.

Still love Mr Carrington though

Welcome! You are certainly not alone in your thinking. You are spot on when you say she is insincere and smug. She tries to put on a 'nicey nicey' act for the camera, but anyone with an ounce of sense can see straight through her. Agree about Mr Carrington being lovely! I don't watch him often (just because his sense of style isn't really the same as mine), however when I do, I find him to be very likeable and genuine. He is also talented and witty, something Kate is certainly not!

I like Mr Carrington, when he's not with Catleugh or KM, but if I'm honest I'm bored with all of them. I only watch KM out of sheer curiosity - I literally cannot believe how greedy one person from a family of just 3 can be!

She annoys the hell out of me too when she's recalling the conversations she has with the sellers at these car boots when she's trying to knock them down on price, but does anyone remember when she did her own stall at the car boot and someone scoffed at her charging £2-3 for an owl or something similar. She was clearly offended and did not like being on the other side of the bartering!

Well Greedy Knickers, that's what you do to others, every day. Hence, I stand by my views - she would do anyone over for a fiver, and we all know that she's far from poor. I think that's why I feel that she's being very insincere to her viewers.

Many years ago, I sold something on Ebay for a couple of quid - for the buyer to collect in person. It was something like an old Sky box, I seem to remember. When the elderly gentleman arrived to collect the item, he handed me a fiver and said the item was worth that. I've remembered that, to this day. It's called being decent.

I came across her Instagram the other day and wasn't surprised to see the usual, uninspired, insipid and oh so frickin boring shot of her mug of the day I really think that she was hoping "her" catch phrase would be enough to carry her to the heights of success on social media.

I rarely check around the other pages here, but when I saw Kate name I had to check this out. You have all said the things I have felt!

The way she even says "Hello" at the beginning - I found myself fast forwarding so I didn't need to hear that!! If someone could get on my nerves that much, time to stop looking.

And now to read that she isn't short of a few bob, and yet really (IMO) comes across as mean. I watched a clip recently and she had bought 2 wooden lounger chairs fof her garden - she tried to bid the person down I think by £10. They were worth way more than what the seller wanted - I think they settled on £5 less. I hate that! Everyone likes a bargain, of course they do but to try and get something for less, when she was absolutely getting a bargain - that makes for someone that is . Deeply unpleasant.

However she has come by her investments - good for her, but please don't take all your watchers for fools. She's a grabby and mean person, and we know it.
