Such repetitive content - everything is a haul. I also hate that she does these ‘no edit’ videos - just screams laziness to me

It was during lock down that I realised how boring her content is. Haul after haul in the midst of a global pandemic was too much in poor taste for me. Some of those hauls were from bags she had "lying around" and had forgotten about too, I mean that just screams more money than sense to me.

She could have used that time more productively and gutted that beautiful house of all the tat she's bought, that's what a lot of other vloggers did. It would have made for more interesting viewing and she would have done herself a huge favour to boot.

Ooh, I didn’t realise there was a Kate thread! I started watching her at the end of last year/start of this year, she said she’d not been kept on at the radio station, so her shopping and car booting seemed like a good time fill but she buys so much shit! The amount of it and it’s all the same! Nothing has changed there at all.
I thought she seemed like a good presenter and could see why she had been on the radio so imagined she would develop that side of her channel, but no-more crappy hauls!
the 2 things that have properly started to put me off her is the hauls as we went into lockdown, I just though “read the room Kate!” And the fact she only ever replies to comments “thanks”, no input, nothing-the viewers make you, a few nice comments wouldn’t go amiss.
also I think that relationship seems quite unequal in that Lee goes out to work and seems to do all the cooking, what does she actually add to the family home (apart from crap?)

Hi guys, i havent poted on Creedy McCabe thread for a while so just catching up now!

Part of me wants to go and watch her latest offerings as i am a bitch and i want to see her try and squeeze into a size 8 dress! (too much? sorry!).

I was telling my mum about her yesterday as my mum also remembers her from being in the 'band' at the haven park we just to go to several times a season. As my mum put it "The chubby one with the massive tits who squeezed herself into leather bondage type clothes, and couldnt sing a note" . In fact, i think i have a pic of Kate in her glory performing on stage! This was from 2002 and i was 15/16 and i was friendly with the other band members, i still am friends with the male lead singer now actually! Next time i talk to him i shall ask if he has gossip about her, and i will ask if she was always this greedy and narcissistic

Todays Asda Haul -

- Firstly yet ANOTHER mug, this time a gingerbread house shaped one with a candy cane handle. She got it because its cute but will be putting it away until Christmas. £3
- A gingerbread man glass mug, exactly the same as the one she's drinking from which has a panda on it. She's already told us these come in a set of 4 (so thats 9 mugs altogether, 4 panda, 4 gingerbread men + the house). Surely thats enough anyway, let alone the other thousand she already has! She bought these because they're so lovely. Again going away until Christmas. £10
- More candles, £5 for the box, she bought these because they were on offer for £2 cheaper than normal
- A white throw - perfect when you have a dog and child who's into football. £20
- Fleecy bedding - £15
- Two presents for Louise, a macrame hanger (£5) and a cushion (£7)
- Another tea set, she shows us the teapot for £9, a jug for £3.50. She bought it because it was gorgeous, even though she already has a few. She isn't going to buy any more for a while, unless they're really cheap . Side plates (£6)
- More tea cups for £6
- and a rug for the snug room, £40

So thats £129.50 spent! I wish I had that amount of money spare to do what I liked with (or spend on tat!!) every week!

Her dresses often look a size too small. I think she grabs them and tries on at home. She needs to buy a few well fitting ones and stop filling that gorgeous house with cheap tatt. Quality over quantity. Same goes for all those mugs and wedding junk.

I watched a small bit of a couple of the videos (can't stomach a whole one, they're too repetitive) and she mentioned how she bought certain things because "that will look really nice in an instagram picture." Yes, and the Come Dine With Me when her 'cooking' contribution involved using cookie cutters on slices of (pre-sliced) cheese.

She is stuck in a time warp of naff 90s hair and make-up, Cath Kidston chintz and cabaret standard 'singing'!

I'm so glad she's joined the 'Cricut set' too. Maybe she can create a 'bell end' label and stick it on her giant forehead?!

I have been lurking for a while but finally created an account.
Her content is haul after haul after haul. It’s so damaging, especially considering she probably gets rid of most of that tat in the bin a couple of weeks after buying it because she’s bored of it. I just think it’s such a shame to encourage such materialism and have nothing else to the channel. I used to enjoy her videos but I can’t support endless buying.
I couldn’t find a thread for Luke Catleugh but feel there should be one (how does one go about setting up a thread) as I have really gone off him as well.
He comes across as really desperate and disingenuous. He has the audacity to go on holiday to Greece, rarely wear his mask whilst there, then return from Greece and instead of quarantine himself, what does he do? A matter of hours later he’s at the supermarket, the next day he’s meeting up with mr carrington and taking public transport, then he’s at an event with instax, then he’s at a cafe, meeting with friends, in Sainsbury’s. the list goes ON. It’s truly the icing on the cake for me, so selfish and what a bad example to set. He also posts several ads every single day and to me comes across like everything he does is “for the gram”
Really disappointed in how they’re turning out. Sorry for the rant but after he started telling people to take a chill pill after Boris announcement this week, this was the final straw for me.

Oh Kate just delete your YouTube channel as you are so dull and so bloody predictable. Cant you think of any other content than the boring shit you put on week after week. Go and get a job and help out your other half and just become a private person as your content is dull. The same crap and so boring that you must know it yourself. I am in amazement that you have a following but they must be boring as you, that's why they lap up your videos every week. I just cant understand how they can be stimulated by your content. I keep getting recommended her vids on YouTube (probably because I watch Mr C). I haven’t watched one in ages because her content is just so vapid, just buying stuff for the sake of it. I think she has some kind of spending issue or gets a high from getting a bargain, the amount of stuff she buys just isn’t normal and nor is buying stuff that you don’t even know what it is until you get it home. Very odd.

I think it was interesting to see what she had managed to pick up from the car boots and charity shops, at least in the beginning, but she's literally buying the same items, week in, week out - wicker baskets, fake plastic flowers, candles, mugs, flowery dresses (any size available) and anything Cath Kidston. She buys items that she doesn't even know their purpose and calls it treasure FFS! Tickled me when she bought the base layer of what appeared, at least to me, to be a broken wire cake stand and paid £2-3 for it, yet she had no idea what it was.

There's nothing new about it anymore. The jaw dropping value for me is the excessive buying, but it doesn't reflect well on her at all.

I think she has deep-seated issues, greedy hoarding tendencies and a longing for 'celebrity' but she doesn't have the personality to appeal to the masses. I don't find her humorous at all. I find her videos frustrating - when she is second guessing and correcting everything that she has said she comes across as manic, yet she's too lazy to edit these days. She's a one trick pony and it's all become a little stale IMO.

I used to enjoy watching Kate but lockdown just showed up how limited she is.
I like the odd Poundland or home bargains video but I don’t know how anyone can enjoy watching the constant hauls that she posts. I noticed that she buys stuff without even knowing what it is, she must just throw things into her basket without looking at it. It’s horrible really how wasteful she is, I mean she buys second hand but that’s only good if the stuff is going to be used and not just sit there in her house, otherwise leave it for someone else to have,

She did introduce me to Mr Carrington(thanks Kate!) who I do enjoy watching. I like that he has some variety in what he posts and the travel vlogs he does are always really interesting to me.

Latest haul includes but is not limited to a very ambitious size 8 dress, more dust-ridden fake plastic flowers and a cheap Wilko bath bomb set that she paid £11 for in the charity shop when it was half of that originally in Wilko?! That's our thrifty Kate!
