Secret Santa gift swap - I watched the other girls video (Chelsea?). It was SO much better edited than Kate, she inserted cut aways of the website and added prices. Someone asked in the comments if she could add prices next time and she said that she didn’t know them because it was sent to her.... but she made a list from the website? Just too lazy to look again more like. This Chelsea has so many less subscribers but had a much more put together video. It’s a crowded market kate, I’d be worried if I were you. Try making a bit more effort with your videos yeh?

I used to watch Kate ages ago when she had hardly any followers but stopped because of the silly voices. Plus I think her Dad is a creep. Due to this thread, I went over to YouTube and watched her latest vlog - Tesco haul and beach. I couldn't believe how boring it was, how the hell has she got that many followers? I could feel my brain shutting down whilst I watched. Plus the wall of fake leaves and flowers? Has anyone see the film that Stephen King is in where the vegetation takes him over? I kept expecting the fake plants to do that to her. Would make for a much more interesting vlog of course.

I actually remember Kate from when she was working at a holiday park as a singer in the resident band. She was a stuck up twat then with absolutely no sense of style.
I cant stand those silly voices she does, and she legit looks dead behind the eyes in photographs. She is just annoying and i dont see how she has got any type of following tbh.

I remember watching a video and her and Mr C went charity shopping he bought a few things and Kate went mad I thought she was okay at first the more I watch her I cant put my finger on it just something about her like she wants all the attention also notice she buys nearly all the stock in each store like its a problem surly she does a car boot or ebay account and sells the tat

I felt a bit mean with what I wrote yesterday. It's true you can be lonely and surrounded by people. But I agree with what you said about it being attention seeking. Everyone is going through the same, shes lucky to have been able to catch up with Luke and Mr Carrington and anyone shes seen that she hasnt said about. But unfortunately there are people that havent been able to do that and they may be suffering in silence or not have anyone to talk to.

She put on her youtube community page that shes glad that she isnt the only person feeling like she is. She knows she isnt though, and to me that's what makes it look like shes attention seeking.

I noticed Mr Carrington commented on her video and said that hes been feeling the same, however he hasnt said anything on his videos. Not saying he should but he likes to keep things positive on his channel.

I felt slightly guilty for a few minutes and then I realised that she needs a wake up call. I get at least one day a week when I really struggle, can't digest or cope with the current situation and just want to curl up in a ball and hide from the world. I don't though, I roll with it and just do the bare minimum and congratulate myself for making it through another day in lock down (in Ireland we're 2 weeks in to a 6 week shut down).

Here's what I also do, I practice Gratitude. I remind myself that I'm surrounded by people who love me, live in a beautiful home, bills paid and food on the table. Most importantly though I'm grateful for my health and that of my loved ones. I don't take to social media to garner sympathy or to brag about purchases that others may be struggling to comprehend right now when putting food on the table is a priority.

She could have approached all this differently. Instead of making the vlog all about herself, she could have really reached out and offered support /ideas and tips. She could have encouraged people to dm her, once she had developed a sense of the person, she could have offered an email address to chat, then possibly a WhatsApp group where strangers could connect and not feel so lonely. Maybe even set up a private Facebook group for her subscribers. Nope, not our Kate, she made the whole vlog about her and barely validated anyone else's feelings. That's why I don't feel guilty now.

She is going to look increasingly out of touch if she continues with haul after haul this winter. She will though, as she is too gormless to realise what a self absorbed, useless, greedy lump she really is.

Couldn't agree more. That was when I started to really see what a greedy, selfish and completely thoughtless individual she is.

Someone said she seemed a bit lost or unsure of herself in one of her recent videos. Serves her right - I mean what is her purpose in life other than just to buy as much stuff as possible? She doesn't even have her singing 'career' any more because it was too much effort and she wanted to spend more time at home!!

Apologies if this has been talked about before. I wonder if Kate and Louise have fallen out? They don’t mention each other in their vlogs anymore and I don’t think they follow each other on Instagram anymore... I seem to remember both taking some time off/ being down on their videos a while ago? I might be wrong. Seems a shame if they have as I think their friendship came from before they did YouTube etc rather than a friendship acquired since doing YouTube.

For all the bunting, the garden bistro sets, teapots, odd teacups and wicker trays that she buys, by the truckload, and all the staged 'set-ups' she does for the 'gram, we all know that she couldn't put a tea party together for shit!

I'm not RH's biggest fan, or even A fan, but there is a sincerity to her that you don't get from KM. Along with the beautiful home, and the perfectly organised cupboards, I sense that she is a good home-maker and could put a decent meal or a decent party together. KM is just a fraud on all fronts!

It's beyond tacky, a right Del Boy watch, which is right up Kate's street. What got me more was the fact that she basically got her Christmas presents for her family for nothing cause she didn't have to pay for any of the haul. What a greedy cow!! Mind you, it's a step up from the pound that she usually spends in a charity shop for her gifts

Does anyone remember the Come Dine with Me series she did with Mr Carrington and Luke whatshisface? Hers was appalling, a total cringe fest with her silly voices and shyte cooking. She actually did rope Lee in for help if I remember correctly. Meanwhile Mr Carrington aced his as per usual.

Really wish she'd shake off her materialism, got with the programme and actually worked on her channel.
