She’s also losing followers because she’s just boring; people who over share or at least have a desirable lifestyle tend to get followers easily vs people like Kate who are reluctant to share and doesn’t necessarily have a desirable life
I don’t think she needs to share her child or private life to have a successful instagram.

Accounts do well when people have a genuine affinity with them, or find they give useful content. She does neither. She used to have a lovely affinity with followers, but it’s long gone sadly. I hope she’s not deluded enough to think it’s just about a lack of interiors content.

She’s not aspirational or likeable any more.

I was the same. I watch her now like she's some weird trad wife. I'm waiting to see if she ever shows any sort of personality. I'm not sure she's got one.

I’m sorry but she needs to get that kid proper shoes, crocs ain’t the answer. Creating foot problems for that poor kid later in life. Feet have to be measured and held in proper shoes. Sorry I’m forgetting the matchy matchy 😣. It’s your daughter not a feckin’ doll.

For the love of god 😠. I wish she would put proper shoes on that kid. Crocs that are way too big hanging off the kids feet. Poor kids ankles must be aching. A daughter is not an accessory, this matchy matchy is feckin’ annoying 😡

Wtf is the tapping on the make up before she puts it on all about? Is it some attempt at ASMR? It looks ridiculous
If you want to see the brand names of the products you can’t because the tapping gets in the way!

I used to love Kate’s blog and followed her renovations with interest. I’m obsessed with tenement flats and romanticise the high ceilings, windows and period features so I appreciate her passion for them too. She has a really good eye and taste level and knows how to curate her belongings for a pleasing shot. The overall effect to me gives off a Birch hotel / members club vibe. It is very Instagram but something most people would enjoy living with I think. Our next door neighbours have a very similar aesthetic, pale woods, West Elm furniture, brass or rose gold and marble, wishbone chairs, whites and soft pinks and greens. Every time we go over there I think it looks so clean and calm somehow, but also it has become quite a generic look now.

I’d love to see her switch up her interiors with the new house, throwing in a few bolder choices rather than just filling the house with gifted items that are all new.

I stopped following her way back when she started posting £1,000 handbags. Now she is grifting for £6,000 sofas. It’s just not relatable AT ALL and a bit tasteless and showy to me, and I say this as someone with friends far far wealthier than Kate. This is not how they spend their money. They are some of the least materialistic people I know.

It is perfectly ok to change your mind about anything at any time.. in fact it should be applauded as it can take courage.

With Kate it’s deliberate manipulation though. She has actually laughed about decoys / throwing people off the scent about a few things. I get intrusion and speculation might become tedious however if you are going to treat your audience like that and laugh about it, then a natural consequence is that your credibility is shot 🤷‍♀️
Oh god yeah if it was all real and she just changed her mind then of course that is totally different. And I'd actually be impressed if that was the case and she spoke about it - that could actually end up helping people with their own situations ! But if she openly admitted it was a lie and she was just throwing people off the scent then.. why ?? Lol.

Does she not want to be authentic even somewhat ? Does she not want people to know her ? I get it when famous actors and people who are in the public eye - with actual careers - wanting to keep their personal life private, but when people who got 'famous' for the sole reason that they were sharing and vlogging their personal life and trying to be that 'relatable internet pal' type wanting to then be all private and an enigma (but still make money off their followers of course lol) .. it's annoying.

For someone bitching about other people’s taste in comments recently, the inspo pic is very pedestrian. But undoubtedly she’ll add a ton of bobbin trim.

She's selling a load of bits on vinted at the moment. Grinds my gears that influencers think they can list their old topshop/h&m bits for like £20+. Was probably near that new. Most of us are selling those for cheap.
The basic Warehouse playsuit for £40 immediately made me roll my eyes. I bet she hasn't bought half the stuff herself in the first place anyway! Cheeky betch

I'd love it if she really was a party girl who dressed in Primark joggies around the house 🤣

She just seems so boring, I'm not sure what age she is but she's young. Just because you have a young child doesn't mean life stops. She hardly shows Jordan now as well, so I imagine it's all planned to have her private life actually private and she's portraying a certain image for Instagram to get clicks and make some money. There's no way her actual life is so boring. It really can't be.

Who’s buying her overpriced tinnies when you can already get the perfect cocktail in a can from M&S?
