Whose dad is he, her mums or dads? Or isn’t he her biological grandad? The way she looks at him creeps me out

He's not her Grandad, he's a person she met at the bowls club when she was 7? And she's been calling him Grandad ever since.

I might be wrong but I think she probably feels she missed out on having grandparents she remembers.
I’m fairly certain she has said before only one of her real grandparents were alive when she was born which wouldn’t be too surprising as her parents were in their late 40s/early 50s.

I feel like she wont take his death well (not that anyone does but she seems so idk how to phrase it, fragile maybe?) that I hope her parents are prepared and it doesn't make her relapse in her ED again. I just feel like she hasn't been taught much in the way of emotion regulation

I agree but without sounding callous, she must be used to people dying around her all the time considering all her friends are 70 year old pensioners. That said, I think she will take it very badly and I hope it doesn’t affect her too badly. I think a lot of the potential sadness is that ‘grandad’ seems to be the only person she engages without outside of her parents and I suppose if he dies so does a lot of her independence because she seems to have no friends or anything. I like Kate, her videos are always interesting and she makes me laugh because she’s funny in a way she doesn’t mean to be but I hope she finds friends and a life outside of her parents.

You’re eyes certainly aren’t failing you. It’s true. It’s giving Paul Breach vibes (ironic seeing as her squeeze is 42 as well), especially considering Kate has kept this relationship a secret since October. I’m sorry, what?? This account is posting all abouy Kates family tree and what the actual fuck.
So her father’s sister (molly) passed away in the 80s due to a brain tumor, and her husband then got remarried to his dead wife's MOTHER????

This is just downright bizarre. She also has 18 cousins but apparently doesn’t speak to a single one of them. To complicate matters further…

The last time she posted was yesterday, she said her 'grandad' was still very unwell and getting regular blood transfusions. Sounds like things were not looking good at all although he is mentally sharp she says.
She also compared her and her grandad's relationship to the Queen and Prince Philip.
