I can understand doing some holistic things alongside convential treatments but not just completely whack job stuff like going to a Mexico clinic that make zero scientific sense. I also hate that Kellie Finlayson is on her train now defending her 🫠 both these women received significant amounts from gofundmes and I swear they're on luxury holidays every week!

I understand the ethics of being a health professional and having to treat anyone no matter what but I'd really struggle to have anything to do with her if she came into a hospital I was working in when she says tit like this 
No wonder she gets free treatment – that Mexico clinic must love Kate as she's one of their very few long-term 'patients' who are still alive. Not that they can take any actual credit for keeping her alive.
it’s always such a difficult one, with people in this wellness and natural therapies space. Do they genuinely believe that these things work for them, denying their confirmation basis to themselves - and are therefore sharing them in the hopes that it will help others - or are they just lying grifters who are just aiming to make cash out of incredibly vulnerable people.
My personal feeling is that Kate **might** have started off as a genuine believer who wanted to share what she felt worked for her, with others …. But then she got an IG following; and the adoration of her followers; and freebies and she crossed over into bleep, lying, grifter.
When she returned from No hope cancer clinic this time, she has stated how sick she is from some bug she caught on the plane home. She seems to be getting sick a lot more lately. I think she's sicker than she's actually saying this time.

I agree, I don't think masks are high on her list. She could have picked up a bug from the centre or the plane even the airport.
