Honestly, someone with all the info on this lying witch needs to contact A Current Affair or similar, is anyone in direct contact with Pablo?
I am at this point not believing she has cancer at all and is just a lying grifter with a mental illness.

I've actually followed Kate for a few years and previously thought she seemed lovely but this has really opened my eyes and Pablo explained why this is so problematic very well.

Pablo did brilliantly. He was polite calm and spoke beautifully (as he always does). She was so condescending to them. Kate knows Pablo has done their due diligence. I doubt anyone will ever know the truth with her, there is a lot of hidden info with her. Shes Belle number 2.

I would bet that Leila Stead was one of Kate’s followers who gave her the heads up about Pablo.
I’m sure Leila has been watching Pablo’s page like a hawk since they did their exposé on her and she considers herself a great friend of Kate’s. She would have DMed Kate as soon as the post went up. We know how much misery loves company when it comes to Leila. She was after all the one who made sure to tell Crystal Bailey that she had a tattle thread because she doesn’t want to be all alone under the microscope

I don't follow or know anything about Pablo (someone here kindly pointed me in the direction of his Instagram), but it kind of seems like he is getting a lot of info from this thread. I mentioned the necklace/AliExpress thing, for example. And lots of other people here have raised various other points he put to Kate, particularly in relation to H4C and her scan situation. If he's essentially using Tattle for his own content creation without giving credit, that's not really cool.

Pablo’s expose on Kate was the impetus for this thread so they definitely had their content out there publicly first. We had been chatting about her sort of superficially in relation to Leila Stead over on Leila’s thread but Pablo was the one who connected all of the dots and went public with it. I don’t think they are lifting content from here in as much as I believe it’s more an issue of the community sharing the same concerns. Definitely go to their grid posts and watch the two-part video they did about Kate in early September. They mentioned the necklaces and money-making schemes back then if I’m recalling correctly. That said, Pablo has acknowledged on multiple occasions that they do read and gather receipts from tattle because we are so good at documenting in real time with screenshots and video uploads.

That's good to know. And I don't disagree with anything I've heard him say. I'm just not a big Instagram person (I found out about Kate and H4C through Jemma McGowan because she was someone who lived not too far away from me), so I don't know too much about other people mentioned.
I'm all for Pablo using anything I put here without credit because it's for the greater good. He's actually doing a pulic service by exposing Hope4Cancer and Kate - who seems to be its personal influencer.
The fionaolearyblog has a ton of info in Hope$Cancer including how they encourage patients to smuggle their snake oil. Jemhow (Jemma McGowan) has a thread on here. Kate connected her to Hope. Jemma recently died. Here's a screenshot of Jemma's post on the blog:

I think Instagram people who use Tattle to expose scammers and grifters are doing a good thing, but generally it is always better to give credit / cite sources. Nothing against Pablo - I hadn’t heard of him before this thread and he seems committed to exposing scams, which I respect very much. Just a general point.
Jemma was problematic in lots of ways, but I still can't believe that Kate has never even bothered to acknowledge that she died when she was directly responsible for her going to H4C (and they were certainly friends to some extent for awhile as Jemma mentioned her pretty frequently when she was doing the H4C 'protocol' and posted about talking to her on the phone). It's just obvious that Kate doesn't give a tit about anyone other than herself.
