I’ve liked Kate for a long time, always thought she was very clever and quite funny on instagram; I also admired the friendship she seemed to have still with Michael Sheen as they coparented their daughter but that all seems to have fallen by the wayside now. She is clearly very unwell and the death of her stepfather, who she did seem very close to, looks to have triggered feelings from the death of her father understandably. Her mother having stage 4 cancer will I imagine also be causing a lot of stress. But the oversized bows, childlike dresses and the posts of waking up in her childhood bedroom all feel a bit odd to me and like she’s trying to recapture being a child again. Also find it weird that their daughter doesn’t appear to have much to do with Kate or Michael and they did use to seem quite close

Her Mom having stage 4 cancer is clearly weighing on her.They are incredibly close.
Her friend Gabby who she seems to spend most of her time with has also lost a ton of weight and looks skeletal, they can’t be helping eachother
She seems very troubled. I completely understand why as she has been through a tough year but so have lots of us.
Her poor mum had lost a second husband whilst also battling cancer and yet it was suddenly Kate who was suffering and in hospital (obligatory hospital photo on socials). Now it’s red carpet emaciated chic for the paps knowing her appearance will cause tongues to wag. Everything seems to be a cry for attention.
I hope KB gets the help she so desperately needs especially for her family’s sake.

What annoys me is her constant denial about playing around with her face and gaslighting people by claiming everything is natural and anyone who doesn't believe her must be a jealous troll.

Poor Kate - her mum looks really ill in her latest post. I think it explains a lot - she lost her cat and her stepdad in quick succession, and now this.

I would really worry about Kate when her Mom passes.They seems exceptionally close.
She did have an eating disorder when she was very young, around the time she was in Much Ado About Nothing with Kenneth Branagh and Emma Thompson
She has got so skinny in the last few years I wouldn't be surprised if she has relapsed again, especially with all she is going through right now.
