We can speculate as much as we want on the house but tbh no one knows how much was spent and who spent it, granted he did a lot of the work but for all we know she could have bought it and paid for all work to be done! Hopefully they’ve been able to come to a mutual agreement on the house and what will happen with it, I’m sure it’s a hefty mortgage for one person, ‘influencer’ or not.
Tbh I don't think the mortgage would be huge at all , probably got a good price as it wasn't as big as it is now. I think the costly part has been the actual renovation , decor and furniture etc.
They bought it for nearly 600k thats a big mortgage for one person in my eyes, she’d be best off selling it & splitting the profit based on who paid for what, labour etc - not sure how she can live in a house designed by herself and her ex boyfriend, that pool table must haunt her
Yeah well like you said we don't know the ins and outs. They might have paid a big deposit for all we know and they are only early 20s so could have a 40 year mortgage. They might get back together. There are lot of what ifs so we can't speculate either way

I don’t know exactly but I’m sure it was mentioned earlier on this thread that they had unfollowed each around around the time Kady made her new house account and that Kady was making a few digs towards Olivia’s house (but not naming her). I might be wrong though!
