I preferred the bitcoin content. Don't want pics looking up his nostrils and down his throat with a bomshakawanka throw in. When will he grow up?

Just saw this posted on Lets Run.

"Matt Fox revealed a few interesting things about his relationship with Nick Bester in the latest Sweat Elite podcast. He claims that Bester poached clients from him, stating that he went from 0 to 45 athletes in his first three years of business and, within 12 to 14 months, was (somehow) coaching 185 athletes. Matt also questions Bester's follower-to-engagement ratio and whether he has purchased a large number of followers on Strava and YouTube. 22:15 onwards in the latest episode if you want to listen."

185 clients?!! That's absolutely ridiculous! 😲

He is not the only coach, Best Athletics has a few coaches, and I'm sure they just copy and paste the plans.

Bester moved to a house in Winchester last summer and we know he was only a tea boy when he “worked” in Finance. He’s mugged a lot of people off for a lot of money but run coaching isn’t regulated. Any head with Canva and Instagram can set themselves up

Where I agree that Bester has a shady business approach, takes advantage of his clients and is a wanker, I wouldn't trust Fox to tell me what the weather is like while I'm standing outside in the rain. Fox destroys any professional relationship in his path and is just an outright piece of tit and terrorist sympathizer. Ill take Besters word over his any day

Watching this ought to be a round on Squid Game. Ain't no way someone's sitting through 1h 46m of Bester babbling balls.

Christ, I think my brain would turn inside out.
It's only a 3 year mission because it took him 3 years, right? Fairly sure he didn't plan for 3 years. How many attempts did he have?

So Bester did Brighton Half. He writes on his strava that it was his 3rd race in 7 days....Way to set a good example.
How soon till he is completely burnt out or seriously injured. Boomshakalaka

I can't wait for him to finally get injured and when he does I hope it ducks him for months and months. I love how he said "I was coming second in that race for so long". Yeah and I was coming first at park run on the start line the other day and then the race started. What a clown he is

I see Ania G has just announced she is now ASICS frontrunner community manager *sigh*

I’m gonna preface this and say the state of the world the last two months has been getting me down massively, and I have drank a lot more than I normally do.

But with that said, my HRV is similar to Bester’s. I’m a 40+ perimenopausal woman who has been drinking too much. I can’t imagine Bester is sinking coronas nightly, so is his HRV that tit because he’s overtraining so much?

Hmmm HRV is individual and being ‘balanced’ for you is what’s important. It’s not necc a ‘higher is better’.
