I wonder what would the percentage be to include the fails….She should have had an option for “didn’t work at all” to get a true reflection. Full of shit!
I did in a moment of desperation. Maybe it would be amazing for a mum with less common sense than me but there was nothing revolutionary or amazing in. her free stuff is often good advice though. I dont think she preaches the cry it out thing, she often says if co sleeping or whatever i working for you then do it BUT if your broken and need a change then try her methods. As you can tell it’s her association with sketchy celeb mums that really grates on me.I ag
I agree I found a lot of her advice was stuff you could get for free- can’t comment on her personalised packages as I never purchased them. I dislike how she latches on to influencers- they’re all so dishonest.
If you wanted to sleep train could you not just google the information instead of paying her prices? I dread to think what she chargesHer course worked for me, I would rather sleep train than end up seriously mentally ill which was where it was going but I find it very strange she shares lullaby trust all the time and all about a clear sleep space for baby but one of her big things is a comforter which goes against safe sleep guidelines??
yeah that was the end of the plan for me. I tried the patting and shushing shit for a couple nights but it just wasn’t for usOh wowyeah that would probably tip me.over the edge at this point

It’s just controlled crying but you can stay in the room and listen to your baby cry out to be picked up. The usual stuff you can get from googling sleep training to be honestGive us some examples? I’m not paying her prices
I agree. Some users say dreadful things which i don’t agree with. It’s the undeclared ads that get me and the constant links, not really making it clear that they’re financially benefiting. These companies that constantly gift stuff to these people also have a lot to answer for IMO.I agree that some users on this forum take it too far- I comment on influencers practices because I think there needs to be regulations on using their kids as content etc… but if you are seeking out a forum to read negative content on yourself that is on you. I feel like having a moan on here is the same to moaning to your work colleagues. I would never message these “influencers” directly. The same way Just chill mama thinks her business is helpful not harmful I respectfully think the opposite.
Oh wowIt’s a lot of patting and shushing. And telling you not to make plans for 2 weeks while you “settle into” the plan. That would have had my mental health in an even worse state than it was 🫠
Your kid will eventually get tired of crying themselves to sleep. I’ve got 2 friends who sleep trained and their kids slept so well... until about 15 months when they started waking up and couldn’t be comforted back to sleep cause it was alien to themI get the guilt looking at her page because it is all messages from people saying how fantastic their kids slept after 2 days of the course!! Is that possible?!?!
With regards to cot bumpers, I bought a purflo one that has a breathable mesh. I had their nest too and my little boy was fine with it so I thought the bumper would be safe. It was SIDS approved. I didn't have a health visitor because she cancelled loads and my midwife literally was awful. I didn't have anyone to tell me they weren't safe. I felt horrific when I found out they aren't safe. So this woman advertising they're unsafe fine but advertising cry it out is just sad.I get the guilt looking at her page because it is all messages from people saying how fantastic their kids slept after 2 days of the course!! Is that possible?!?!
Haha maybe the same one!Do we have the same childI agree I stressed myself out more reading all these sleep trainers advice posts and was very tempted to spend hundreds of the programmes but I couldn't bring myself to part with the money
.
Very frustrating! Granted my daughter was literally crawling up and down our bed laughing instead of relaxing so it has taught her to unwind and get herself off to sleep but she then didn’t want cuddles so when she was coming out of her deep sleep at 4/5 she couldn’t be rocked back to sleep.Oh that is SO bad and so frustrating for you. She's meant to be an expert. i recently downloaded her free 4 month sleep regression guide. I know it's free but it was just information I could find on Google! She's such a twat . Most sleep coaches do offer really useful free bits nowadays.
Sleep deprivation is so bloody hard. Unfortunately her advice starts and ends at leaving babies to cry.I agree, no idea what ‘tweak’ meant, no advice on how to get to one nap from two, completely ignoring the fact I can’t leave the room at 3am to leave her to settle.
Don’t be embarrassed. There is a reason why sleep deprivation is used as a form of torture. I do feel like “sleep experts” prey on tired parents. I spent a small fortune on products that I thought would help my child sleep.I was that utterly sleep deprived mum that I naively bought her 0-5 month AND the 6-9 month. Did it work? Nope. Daughter is 1 now and only wakes for a feed once. I’m so embarrassed and mostly annoyed that I bought the crap courses. They’re so basic.
