I don’t know how she gets all these people messaging her saying their baby is sleeping through after one night 🙄 says she doesn’t read dms but constantly screen shotting them
Do you think they are re used screen shots??So she posts them same ones every few weeks??

I was refunded straight away when I emailed telling them I wasn’t very impressed that the course was just the Ferber method in disguise, don’t give that witch your money if you’re not satisfied with the service
Oh no way, gutted I didn’t think of that! It was about a year ago when I was in the depth of despair! She’s almost 2 now and sleeps so much better with us not changing anything!

The woman with a nanny, massive house in london and endless holidays is ranting about how cry it out is necessary and will save your life, that families can’t afford not to sleep train?

she really tries to pretend to be chill but gets so angry all the time about people sticking up for babies
I also love how if you're a woman that is not from a western country, then you must live in the dark ages and not have a life to live or even work.

She's such a fucking money grabbing lying prick.

She has said before that naps take priority over baby classes. Something about there being no point or it being no fun to take a cranky tired baby.
Yes I remember her saying that actually…but then she goes on to say you can be flexible with naps…seems she doesn’t follow her own advice.

She always comes across as such a bully and like she’s no idea why people don’t wanna leave little babies to cry themselves to sleep it’s weird

I absolutely hate that… would I enter someone house and tell them I didn’t like the decoration. Probably, I’m not going to gush over everything and be all fake

Oh Kate lawler has just tagged just chill mama in a post saying it’s all down to her that her baby has finally gone down tonight. What a coincidence 😂😂 maybe not such a relatable mum after all

And rosey has just done a whole story justifying why Noa (Kates baby) isn’t sleeping … a blip apparently 😂

Wish I’d thought of that 🤔

I was on Google every hour my baby was up, it’s full of contradicting advice and most advice is American which doesn’t meet the same standards as GB. It was hard to know where to look so I bought a course where everything was in one place and had an actual schedule to follow, but thanks for the advice, I’ll bear in mind I should Google harder next time.
If you’ve got the money to pay her you do what a parent needs to do! I didn’t sleep train mine, luckily my second is a good sleeper but I still have to sit with the 4 year old til he falls asleep at 9 lol

Yes that’s another huge flaw to the courses, she suggests to “tweak” the routines but gives absolutely no indication of how to do that? Ie if this happens try capping nap X by 15 minutes etc. The thing is that it’s not the routines that get babies “sleeping” 7-7 it’s the crying sleep training, their little bodies shut down as a protective mechanism to conserve energy. She always says this isn’t true but how on earth else does it work? She says they are “learning to fall asleep independently” but what other skill is learned whilst crying hysterically? It boils my blood.
What are the bets she’s in Mrs Hinch’s DMs offering free 1-1 support after she posted about how her children don’t STTN.
I agree, no idea what ‘tweak’ meant, no advice on how to get to one nap from two, completely ignoring the fact I can’t leave the room at 3am to leave her to settle.

I’ve followed her for only a few months (5 month old who isn’t the best sleeper 😴) the fact she calls herself ‘just chill mama’ when her vibe is to leave babies crying doesn’t sit well with me. Can’t believe the amount of ads she’s doing at the moment aswell. Can’t be short of a few Bob so its just annoying

Sadly in the depths of postnatal anxiety I bought her newborn course and all it did was make me feel like shit that I couldn’t get my little one into any sort of routine (looking back I now know how ridiculous it is to expect that from a newborn) plus the advice they give is a) not in line with lullaby trust safe sleep guidelines and b) not actually feasible if you need to actually get anything done whilst they nap

The actual Crux of their advice isn’t necessarily bad and doesn’t from memory actually advocate leaving them to “cry it out” in essence they just offer different ways for you to try and get your little one to sleep without you needing to rock them to sleep etc. but there is a hugggggge amount of waffle that goes around it to make it seem like they’re approaching it in a scientific way etc.
Thank you- I almost did the same and purchased her courses but I couldn’t bring myself to spend the money. Also my friend had paid a sleep trainer and that didn’t help her at all. I had another friend who paid a sleep trainer and she told me it had worked… then a few weeks later her kid went back to waking up. I don’t know why but it really irritates me that there’s money to be made charging parents to make their baby sleep.

Her course worked for me, I would rather sleep train than end up seriously mentally ill which was where it was going but I find it very strange she shares lullaby trust all the time and all about a clear sleep space for baby but one of her big things is a comforter which goes against safe sleep guidelines??
Oooh can I be nosey and ask- what type of advice did she give you and was it tailored to your baby or generic? Sleep deprivation is a bitch!

I feel like she's sharing a lot of answers to questions about ADHD, autism (who the hell would honestly ask her about school to send an autistic child to? 🤔) answering questions saying show a social story etc. This woman has no experience of SEN children from what I've seen. I'll actually be livid if she thinks she knows the 1st thing about having a SEN child 🙄
