I saw her at the zoo once pre-lockdown when she only had the 2 girls. Funnily she’d said she was off socials having a family day but every time we saw her she was glued to her phone. Argued with her husband and completely ignored the girls. Definitely not the mum inspiration she wants to be!

I think a lot of these sleep trainers advertise themselves as against cry it out but instead they advise leaving the baby to cry in the crib and just patting and shushing them etc as apart of the gradual steps. I tried that crap and in the end I found it easier to just pick up my baby and soothe her straight to sleep so I didn’t spend half an hour getting wound up.

I saw Kate Lawler followed her plans and advice and her baby isn’t the perfect sleeper so it hasn’t worked for her . It’s good to have a realistic mum like Kate to follow who is honest about what actually goes on and who other mums can relate to.

I feel like just chill mama is very clever with her marketing and targets loads of new mum influencers knowing they’ll accept free advice in exchange for advertising her services.

I unfollowed years ago after buying her stupid course. I can't remember how much I paid as it was 3 years ago but I did the course then contacted her to ask a question about how to manage nursery not following nap schedules and was told to buy a new consultation to discuss! I'd just paid for the bloody Couse and she was so rude about it as well. I followed everything in her course exactly and it never worked. My son started sleeping through at 11 months when he was ready and I don't think anything I did would change it. I now have another baby who will be 1 on valentine's Day and not I have i followed and realise there is no pressure to making kids sleep it's actually so much more relaxing. Kids sleep when they are ready

I wouldn’t exactly call Kate realistic as she hates her child, and just chill is desperate to be an insta bleep. Talentless, the lot of them

I actually unfollowed a whole bunch of influencers I really liked when they started sharing just chill mama 😂 I thought what people helping this woman target sleep deprived parents to make money

I think that she cares more about being insta famous than about advertising her ‘services’. She’s always been mega cringe.

It must be so boring being her, all everyone will want to talk about will be their baby not sleeping and instead of just saying ‘they don’t but they will eventually’ she’s got to sound mysterious and like she has some secret answer that no one else knows unless you pay her a ton of money

Yessss that’s def their quote too 😂 So many of them think the same. I think it’s probably a combo but Rosey has been saying very similar stuff this week. Just makes mums that don’t believe in their crap feel terrible
